This is by far the best Medical Centre I have ever attended. Dr Lisa is so wonderfully understanding, professional, gentle and down to earth. She truly is amazing.
I highly recommend Gordonvale Family Medical Centre.

I have been attending this medical centre for many years and have found all staff - medical and administration to be extremely professional , courteous and friendly at all times.
Excellent communication whether it is prior, during or post consultation.

Can't fault the professional component of this service.

.I had a skin cancer removed and biopsy prior to leaving Sydney for Gordonvale ....where I booked in to the Medical Centre to get my stitches removed.
I found the reception staff really helpful and the doctor and nurse who removed my stitches really pleasant and professional.
All I can say is Gordonvale residents are so lucky to have such a caring Medical Centre in there Town.
I can't recommend this Practice highly enough for anyone that has to make a visit there.

Every team member at Gordonvale Family Medical Centre from reception to nurses to Dr's are incredibly helpful, welcoming and overall wonderful. Dr Fraser's attention to detail, depth of care, effort to understand, and desire to provide education make her an incredible doctor, and an absolute asset to our community.
I have been a patient of Gordonvale Family Medical Centre for 35 years, and I have found the service has only improved in that time, especially in recent years.
This most recent visit was for a skin check, which I would definitely recommend.
Dr Fraser was very thorough, the information she shared while doing the skin check, and the education I received on skin health was very beneficial and delivered in a way that was easy to understand and retain.

The doctor, Sallyann was very polite and helpful. This was a telephone appointment to get a PCR Test at Sullivan Nicolaides and also to pick up a medical certificate.
Louise who provided me the appointment was very helpful and called back to fit me when there was a cancelation.
When I arrived at Sullivan Nicolaides the PCR request was there. When I went to the administration counter the medial certificate was also ready to be picked up.

Professional service, friendly staff and great follow up support. Had another appointment - teleconference. Doctor spent considerable time discussing my health and ensuring I was the one making decisions regarding my medication and health plan. Great service!

Dr Lisa Fraser is the best Dr in Gordonval. (Cairns) She’s very patient and very thorough.
