MECCA Sorrento

Went to Mecca Sorrento on Friday. What a lovely store, girls all look gorgeous and so friendly &helpful. Was simply impressed with the gift wrapping, beautiful box, paper, gold sticker ribbon & a tag. Will be back again :)

I went looking for a moisturising long lasting lipstick - & was greeted straight away, by Holly.
I don’t normally wear makeup, so this can be a daunting task - but Holly was so sweet, & very patient - & we were able to choose two colours, in no time!

Great variety of brands here, skincare, perfumes and makeup.Great store for gifts and all price ranges from affordable to more expensive products. Love this store, staff are helpful and polite.

Had a spontaneous drop in to Mecca with my cousin this past week to check out some fragrances and was blown away by Kat (or Kitty - I'm so sorry I've forgotten) and her kind and passionate personality. This was honestly the first time I've experienced such attentiveness at a Mecca store and it was such a joy to experience customer service that felt authentic and genuinely excited to be sharing knowledge about their experience. She took so much time out to go through questions and fragrances with us, and was SO impressive and savvy with her knowledge. Safe to say that yes, I was so happy to make an unexpected purchase, and no, I have absolutely no regrets with my stunning new Diptyque perfume. Just made the day <3

I was gifted an amazing facial with Estelle. Estelle was a skincare expert and I felt completely confidence and at ease despite having HIGHLY reactive sensitive skin/chronic rosacea. She customised the facial to suit my needs keeping me informed along the way. I was then able to redeem the cost of my facial on products which Estelle helped me with. It was such a highlight of my trip and I’m recommending to all my friends and family! Thanks Estelle and MECCA 💗

I was lucky enough to secure a glam makeup appointment before Christmas at this inspiring new Mecca store! The staff are all lovely and friendly. The vibe matches the light-filled oasis!

My artist, Charmaine has serious talent and made me feel and look amazing. She is friendly and fun. We experimented with products I hadn’t used. before which was fun.

Yesterday my mum and I went to Mecca and we were greeted with such kindness, understanding and compassion throughout our visit.

She was so accommodating to myself and my mum and left my mum and I feeling so beautiful and sparkling.

Massive Thankyou to Estelle the skin specialist!! I had been dealing with the most stressful week for my skin and I left with the biggest weight off my shoulders. She was extremely helpful and genuine. Saying this all the staff were also so attentive, you guys have a solid team!!

Visited the store today and had help from the floor manager who then passed me onto a girl named Molly. Both were so nice and helpful. Their customer service was amazing. They really took the time to help me out which I have never experienced in a mecca store before. Thank you ladies, I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area again

I went in to the Mecca Sorrento store today on the hunt for a setting powder. I’m not very ‘in-the-know’ when it comes to makeup and didn’t quite know where to look. I was served by the loveliest girl, Issy, and she was such a big help. She was so knowledgeable and made some great recommendations for me. Thank you for such a pleasant experience, Issy. It’s so refreshing.

Such great service at a beautiful store! Possibly the nicest MECCA I’ve been to - even my boyfriend was impressed. We visited from Melbourne and I thought to go in to get my beauty loop box as it was sold out in the city - the girl serving me was so so lovely, I didn’t catch her name but her birthday is the same as mine on the 29th of March and it was just such a lovely experience. Hope she receives this feedback as it was a refreshing experience at MECCA!!

What an amazing experience my daughter and I had at Sorrento. First of all, the staff are absolutely amazing, helpful and so friendly. Made you feel comfortable and welcome right away.
My 15 year old daughter and I had booked a facial with Mecca Sorrento. Our beauty therapist was Estelle. I cannot highly recommend this beautiful young lady enough. She went above and beyond, made my girl and I feel so welcome and comfortable, she was so knowledgable and gave the best facial. I live in Oakleigh, and will travel to Sorrento time and time again to receive this amazing service. Thank you so much.

The customer service we received from Chantelle was well beyond what we expected. My daughter has very sensitive skin and Chantelle was very patient, receptive and accommodating to our needs. She was persistent in trialling several products until we found what was suitable.

Went in this morning looking for foundation and contour. I am a 59 year old woman and I was treated like I was special. Tried some product...bought it...took it home and played. I have got to say I looked amazing....Sorrento store....thank you
