Nowadays people are very quick to criticize and very slow to praise a great shop or store. I have been going to the Wickham store for a number of years and find all the staff to be friendly knowledgeable and engaged. Staff are only engaged when the Manager is respected and liked by the staff. Amber, Greg and Peter are all great and know me by name and often ask after my kids and grandkids. In particular Amber is a huge asset to you and I hope Senior Management pass on this review.

I could not fault the customer service that was provided. I would defiantly recommend going to this store. Even given the current circumstances they upkept a COVID safe standard

I went in to grab a Christmas present. The lovely staff member who helped me was amazing. COVID regulations were upkept even given the current circumstances.

No fuss bottlo. Well placed for folks heading north after work. Fine selection of booze at reasonable prices. Very friendly staff. Easy parking.

Now that's how you turn a one star into four! I was quickly contacted, apologised to and a replacement case was offered :-) No dramas or debates! Many other businesses should learn this excellent customer service. Thanks.

Expired beer :-( Check expiry dates if you buy from here! Friendly staff but have to give a 1 star for selling beer (Budweiser )at the end of Feb 2020 that expired back in November 2019. At least have it on special or something not full price. I know expired beer won't hurt you unless it's really really old but I definitely noticed a taste difference :-(
