We purchased a spray painting machine from them for a massive DIY project, however beyond the support and guidance they offered us when we purchased the machine, they’ve kindly taken our calls throughout our project and stepped us through each step. My partner and I went in looking for a specialised paint. Bristol didn't have anything of the kind but the two men at the desk happily did some research and found us a place. They went above and beyond to help knowing that we were not able to purchase any products from them. Some of the best customer service I've experienced!

I have been buying paint from the Merrylands and Penrith store for many years. The most helpful thing for me is, everything you buy is put in their computer so if you go back 2,3 or even 5 years later, they know exactly what you bought. Their knowledge and help is sublime

I have new skirting boards I was hoping to stain in a colour similar to the existing door architraves. I went and spoke with Peter on 26/11/16 and he could not have been more helpful. He asked me to bring in one of my new skirtings and then tested all of the stains to see whether there was one that was close. This took approximately an hour and since we could not get a close match, his suggestion was to consider painting instead. I would definitely recommend Paint Place as the service was exceptional.
