We were lucky enough to be served by a guy who’s name was Chris. Customer service at it’s best, polite, courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and just a downright nice guy. We had a laugh or two as well. Went into buy a kettle and walked out after buying the kettle AND a new dishwasher. Thanks Chris Regards Deb & Brendon Reed

This is a really great store! They have all the biggest brands, fun atmosphere and great service, fav store by far!

Clayton is one of the longest serving staff members at Warragul and over the years has helped us with many purchases. He is always easy going and great to chat with, brilliant customer service.

On this particular occasion, we had purchased a TCL TV with a 36 month warranty.

4 months later the backlight failed and after multiple emails, videos & images to show the issue and almost 4 weeks of incredibly poor customer service and stalling tactics from TCL, Clayton came to the rescue and worked his magic!

Within 2 days he solved the problem, tackled TCL and the non functional TV is being replaced with a new TV.

I am not the sharpest tool in the shed when it comes to technology ( ear buds, apps, fast chargers, etc ) albeit Blair at Harvey Norman's Warragul is and was absolutely wonderful explaining how some products work. I highly recommend this store as the customer service I experience along with so many other people I know is Awesome.

Last week there were three Amazing staff members helping me at different times.

The lady from small appliances Pheobe was ALL round Awesome and a delight to converse with and deserves a gold star, trophy and a dinner for two....

A new young man Chris who is going to be a shining star sales person once seasoned which knowledge, was as helpful as possible
He is new to the
Harvey Norman Community
and had his P plates on therefore Tony came along to provide a little more product information

Tony was extremely patient whilst I asked a million question, because that's just me.
It was great though, as he had a prior model to the Ninja IQ 1500 System which he used just about daily for 5 years.
I purchased the system and am very greatlful for the time and questions that were answered thoroughly.

Had an issue with toaster I bought. They have me no fuss and refunded me. Tony was so helpful I paid more for a more satisfactory one. Overall a great experience.

Went to purchase some printer cartridges yesterday. Was served by Julie, whose customer service was exceptional. The way Julie described the pros and cons, and other potential options, was incredibly professional and informative. If Julie is any indication of the Warragul HN team, I’ll definitely be heading over from Inverloch to purchase, when needed. Pete Linton

We got served straight away, which is so unusual in most retail outlets. PLUS, they were friendly and knew their products! PLUS they were helpful and went above and beyond. PLUS when I phoned later to ask for the receipt to be emailed, it could not have been easier. The person who answered the phone took care of it immediately. What a great business! Thank you.

Purchased a Breville food processor here some time back, and to this day I still think about the quality service received from the extremely knowledgeable staff. Will happily drive 1 hour to deal with real people who listen to your needs for my next significant purchase.

I purchased a Lenora tablet that had extended warranty and screen was ghosting.
I took tablet back to Warragul Harvey Norman and was given great customer service by Katt
She promptly assisted me and l was given a new tablet within less than half an hour .
And l took extended warranty again it's a must.
Highly recommend Warragul Harvey Norman definitely be back .
