I could spend a fortune at Supercheap because of the huge amount of awesome car products they have.. Everything is at a competitive price to elsewhere and the extensive range of products at Supercheap saves running around to different places for each part or item.. It is a one stop shop my vehicle and workshop requirements...

Did the price match thing which is always a bonus, ensured I had the correct layout of battery purchased for my vehicle.

When I walk in, supercheap's shelves are loaded with car and 4WD gear. Maybe I can locate what I want, if not ask staff-Fixed. Then all the new gear available, sets my mind to discovery mode and I expect the Supercheap team know the what, why and when about my 4WD needs.

Probably not a big thing but I was very impressed with one of the young fellas there. I asked him to recommend something to wash my car with and maybe something to posish it with as the paint had gone a bit chalky looking. He said could I take him to have a look at the car as that would give him a better idea. Not a big thing but it was over 40deg outside and we were out there for some time. He could of said here this will do the job. But he didn't. I think above and beyond what he was getting paid for.

I had just flown in from Perth to pick up a car from Warragul but the car wouldn't start and where I was getting it from said that they couldn't help me. I organised breakdown cover on the car before I flew over, but when I rang up for assistance I was told that I would have to pay $100 because I needed assistance within the first 48 hours of taking on the policy, what a crock (48 hours later I was almost home).
I decided to walk about 1km to Supercheap auto with my heavy battery and saw spoke with a staff member, Darren. He did a test on the battery for me and it came up as needing a recharge and test again. Darren was very helpful and drove me back to my car with my battery and a jump starter. The car started second crank and then I drove all the way back to Perth without any issues. It's not always about the money, some people are just kind hearted.
