Main Street Cafe

The high rating is well deserved here. This is a nice bright cafe with a good menu that offers plenty of choice

First, the coffee here is utterly beautiful. Creamy and strong, just as we like it. It’s as good as anything you’d come across in Melbourne and better than most there tbh. A serious triumph.

Second, the food is terrific. Lots of people seemed to be having the chicken burger with chips, but we ordered toasties, namely the Mushroom and reuben toasties. Both were superbly made and were very tasty indeed.

Finally, the staff were lovely. Service was quick efficient and friendly.

Had a fabulous brunch here. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, food was nice and served quickly, coffee absolutely divine. 10/10 recommend, keep up the good work guys. ☕👏

Hard to put into words how good my experiences have been. The coffee dances on my palette and the staff embrace you with warmth and care. Pretty good hey!

We stopped en-route for lunch. We were served by a lovely waitress - Quenie - who was bright and cheerful despite the Grand Final rush
I had a lovely flat white and a great Mushroom Crostini with whipped goats cheese, spinach and pepitas on delicious toast. Nice sized serve and generous with the mushrooms.
Service was fast.

Great food! I had the yummy chilies scrambled eggs but the other meal also looked delicious. The place has a terrific vibe! It’s great having a cafe of this standard in Warragul.

Great coffees - flat white - and the banana bread was good. Rubens sandwich was excellent. Really friendly place with amazing service.

Warragul has a brilliant range of cafes for food and cafe. I had the lamb curry and berry smoothie. Delicious. Great vibe.

Absolutely love this cafe drive 50kms to have breakfast here. Staff are amazing. Cappuccino and Chilli Scramble is my got to.

Fantastic Cafe. Went for brekkie and the coffee was perfect, food was absolutely delicious and the service was fast and friendly. Everyone working there had a smile. It wasn't so loud that you couldn't hear yourself think like some other cafes. Loved it and I'll definitely be back.

Had an absolutely delicious meal- I had the pulled pork eggs Benny with sriracha hollandaise, I got a side of avocado and they didn’t skimp at all which some other places do (Frankie’s 😂) and it was just so good, my coffee was perfect too I really enjoyed everything here. The staff were really friendly and accommodating and seemed to know what they’re doing. Their kitchen looked really clean and the chef in the kitchen at the time was really nice. Our food came out really quick and looked beautiful; they put a lot of effort into their presentation and all of the ingredients were quality and tasty. It was great to see so many customers coming in and out and the place was busy and the staff took notice of us and were really kind and took our order promptly. There’s so many beautiful small cafes in Warragul and this place has been my favourite- nothing was overpriced and the whole vibe of the cafe was comfortable and quality. Thankyou for one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time.

Had nut smoothie and steak sandwich and it was outstanding - staff were top noch.

Definitely recommended! We walked in on a busy Sunday morning for the first time and immediately the staff greeted us and found us a place to sit. The atmosphere is relaxed, the service prompt, the food delicious and the staff were wonderful. A light filled and clean cafe that ticks all the boxes.

Better experience this morning with still some of the best coffee in Warragul and a delicious chilli scrambled eggs with a side of greens and a hash brown (which is amazing) well done!

Everything about this place was joyful. From the moment I arrived I was greeted with a smile and asked what I’d like to drink. Chai latte was a perfect addition to my crostini that was layered with the tastiest tomato’s and buffalo mozzarella that married well with their basil oil. It was divine. I’ll definitely be back again ❤

First time today visitor today for breakfast. I was made feel welcome from the get go. The chia pudding was one of the best I’ve had and ended up having 2 coffees….

Food is amazing, coffee is amazing, staff are super friendly, chai is incredible, BEST EGGS BENEDICT I've ever tasted.....
