Best in Gippsland! Always punctual with SMS reminders and updates and they do the job properly. Online booking is quick and easy and the team are very responsive and easy to deal with. I have tried another company and they didn’t seem to do what they said they were going to do but Gippsland Pest Management never disappoints. The treatments always last 6 months and they will swiftly deal with any returning pests within the survive period. I’m already seeing dead spiders the day after the treatment.

I have been using GPM every six months for about 7 years for spiders and ants. This company continues to provide excellent service while the staff always go above and beyond. Yesterday was 24 hours into no power on my farm from the storm damaged towers at Yallorn power plant. Matt had to drive back home for water because my pump wasnt working with no electricity. He charged my phone on the way and thoughtfully brought me 20 litres of water for the dogs in case the power stayed off. He also gave me his number to call if the power stayed off so he could bring his generator so I could fill up all the water for the horses. The kindness shown, all volunteered, was really appreciated. Plus they do an awesome job and no crawlies here!!

Hoping Spiders “be gone”

I have been utilising the services of this firm for at least eight years now and although Shannon & Tara have successfully grown the firm considerably during that period, it remains a genuine family business - just one that happily has enough staff to ensure that all your pest control needs can be dealt with promptly.  I have engaged multiple other pest management firms over the last twenty years (at least five that I can recall), but since I met Shannon almost a decade ago, Gippsland Pest Management has been my only port of call for these jobs.  Why do I rate this firm so highly?  Firstly, I have found Shannon and his team to be knowledgeable and technically competent on pest control matters.  They know their work and they do it well.  I've used GPM and sought Shannon's advice on a wide range of pest control issues including: wasp, bee & ant control, end of tenancy pest control, preventative termite protection systems and appropriate management of roof dwelling possums.  Secondly, in my experience, GPM's customer service is excellent - both from the pest control technicians and from the lovely administrative team headed by Tara.  Thirdly, GPM's pricing is fair.  They do a good job, but when I've received the invoices, I've always felt that I've got value for money and that is a pleasant experience.  If you are a resident or business owner in Gippsland or the South East fringe of Melbourne (Cardinia Shire etc) and need help from some pest control experts, I highly recommend that you contact this firm.
