I’ve been coming to VC traders for a few years now, always friendly and knowable staff, great pricing, equipment is always kept in great condition and well maintained. Great job team thank you 🙏

I recently contacted VC in search of parts for a John Deere ride on, so I could replace and service it this weekend.
I emailed from the website, and Simon promptly replied to my query. Simon emailed back parts numbers and prices. From here, these were put aside to make for easy collection. All the parts I requested were in stock and were a great price. Regardless of the cost, I am always willing to pay a little extra to support a local business and for the prompt service I was given.
I will be going back when something else breaks or needs replacing, and that might be sooner rather than later.

The big dog and the little dog that greet you upon arrival also get a 10/10 from me. Very very friendly and loved a belly scratch. I'll be looking forward to their attention when I visit again.

Social media was my first point of contact with these guys, from there they put a price together in an invoice and had it emailed to me very promptly.

I then made a phone call to have a chat with them and the service was A1 over the phone and just as good when i went in store...Not only did they have my order ready to go but also gave me a free merch pack to go along with my new saw. VC Traders is somewhere I should not go to buy myself every time I go I walk out with a new toy. Which means I am not popular when I get home once hubby has played with said toy I get thanks but don't go there again by yourself. Good thing I don't listen to him 😀

Good service! They delivered my new mower and went through it all with me, promptly ordered parts when I had needed a repair, and always return calls. Great for hiring equipment too. Top local business.

Recently contacted VCTraders after looking at their website and finding what is pretty much a rare artisan hand forged tomahawk. Something that’s pretty hard to find - looking for a lifelong gift for my son. Spoke with Dean and turns out it was one axe enthusiast talking to another ! He offered great advice and sent the item express post to ensure it arrived on time. Really nice to get such great personal service during Covid lockdown and also felt good to support a really solid local business. Excellent products. My bloke wouldn’t use any other whipper-snipper but a Stihl. He loves it. He can get all his parts and line there.

He was very pleased today to find when he needed a small part of which there are 2 in the winding mechanism he was able to buy just one. It’s a small part and not an expensive one but it’s just a bit of a rip off when some places will only sell packs of more than you need. Everyone’s trying to rip everyone off these days so it was refreshing.

Service is great. Staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The store has everything you need for maintaining a big garden.

All equipment is mint, trailers tow very well, nice people in there to have you quickly on your way. 35 year's I've used vc trader's for many 1 off job's, or to buy at good price's, totally recommend a visit.
