Coles Warragul

Lovely big store! It's a nice change now and then to visit this store rather than shop at our much smaller store in our home town of Drouin. Love the variety and the nice big wide isles. Our family fav though - the macaroons! ☆☆☆☆☆

Stopped in 28/10/2023 at about 7:30pm and your staff member Casey who was doing shelves was the most helpful lady ever she spent about 10 minutes finding a rainbow birthday cake from the back for my daughter after everywhere else had sold out I’m so appreciative thank you so much ❤ What a great worker definitely deserves some recognition

Great undercover parking, excellent selection of product. Only downfall not enough checkouts open so can be a long wait to get through. Alot of self serve of course

Love this store so much. Great produce section, huge variety of meats, their general grocery section is massive and usually stocked with what I need. The parking situation isn't the best, but the store is fantastic. So are the staff.

I would like to send a big shout out to Tanisha, who kindly helped me manually enter all the information of heaps of items that their barcodes failed to be scanned into the checkout system on busy Christmas Eve night. She was very patient, and managed to do this with smiles and a sense of humor. Her great service has gone above and beyond. Thank you!👍

Worker's have beautiful courtesy for their customers and making them feel comfortable while checking out.
You can find everything you need there and prices are right for the correct products they sell. Thank you Coles.

The remodelling is nearly finished, but even at this stage we love the new Coles! The store seems much brighter and more inviting, and the fresh fruit and vegetables are better quality than they used to be. The in-store bakery is also a great addition—we spent about 10 minutes watching a lady make bread rolls and prepare them for baking, which left my other half free to shop in peace. My only complaint is that the registers are often very busy, but apart from that, super job!

It's coles. They sell groceries. Standard pricing however has gone up significantly due to inflation - but Coles has introduced the "price lock" campaign to prevent prices going up further. Great variety of goods and foods, especially for a country-ish town

I love these guys. They are like a second family. Always ready to help.

Like shopping there each week staff are good especially check out persons they have to put up with rude people when they are only trying there best

Very clean, Coles person disinfected handle of shopping trolley before I took it, spacious, well lit, well stocked, well organised, excellent variety, fresh fruit and vegetables, eggs and meat, lovely deli, very pleasant staff.

Excellent store with helpful friendly staff who are really working hard cleaning and sterilising before during and after every customer.. I felt reassured by all the staff busily cleaning away at every surface in sight whilst I was shopping.. This covid19 virus is a real concern.. But i left Coles Warragul feeling as confident and safe as i think i could possibly feel under these terrible testing times we are living in.. The entire staff appears to be tackling the problems associated with this covid19 virus and the entire store was constantly being sterilised while i was there.. Shoppers were all distancing and I was happy to see that more people had facial covering of some sort on, than those who did not.. Every staff member, security gaurd and all delivery drivers coming and going from Coles was wearing face masks and social distancing.. I really was pleasantly surprised and i know it must be costing them a bloody fortune.. Coles are a huge group as we all know and can probably afford the extra costs more than most.. Nonetheless an outstanding job at making this customer feel safe while shopping in there Warragul store.. I cannot say that i felt as confident while shopping elsewhere and doing a few other things that afternoon.. Can't say enough about the extra work being done day and night at Coles Warragul.. Especially the staff in the front line, they all are at risk of contracting this virus while at work.. Yet everyone i saw and dealt with seemed to be safely and happily working.. Can i give 6 stars to the entire gang at Warragul Coles ??
