I cannot describe how amazing and grateful I am. I left a really bad review out of a place of emotion. I had assumed the shop closed early and I got pretty pieved. However it was a case of a power outage so they finished up early. However, both even 20 minutes later, way after the shop was actually closed, the owner replied to my review and said "hold on 10 minutes bro, I'll come" and this absolute legend drove down, re-opened the shop and was just the most wonderful person on earth. Friendly, helpful, forgiving. I hate getting my way by complaining and I hope to never do that again, because I don't want to be one of those customers but he actually helped us out HUGE time. So thank you Puff n' Chill, absolute legends and you have my service and gratitude.

Didn’t realise the store had a black out so was pretty disappointed when the store was closed early. wrote a review and in 5 minutes the owner came down and explained the circumstances, he was so kind and helpful gave Awsome deals. Honestly a fantastic store and fantastic people 100% would highly recommend

The young lady was very helpful and friendly. Great old fashioned service with a smile.
