Woolworths Glenwood

Our preferred Woolworths. Never had a problem here other than shortages during covid, but that was everywhere. Nice friendly staff and clean store. Plenty of parking but watch out for the idiots in the car park.

Clean shop, well stocked store , friendly staff, parking is ok. Can get busy depending on time you go shopping.

This Woolworths is smaller in comparison to other Woolworths but it seems ahead in Technology & perhaps relative sales volume also.
Recently I discovered that camera installed over the self checking counters not only monitor what is left in the trolley but also help find the item when I touch search saving me to find the item.
Isn't it amazing.
I only wish all these savings are reflected in the Woolworths prices - so that we don't have to compare with AldI / Costco.

Big store with all goods are available with a lot of parking space , also nearby public parks and ground.

Not the biggest Woolworths but more than enough for family shopping. Staff are lovely too.

Good choice of groceries - pretty standard Woolies prices.

Good store...plenty of variety ..our regular store...

The store is your normal Woolworths store, deli could use some improvement (addition of lamb items and more deli meats/cheese).

Reason for review is the wonderful service given by the store manager Lamin. He went out of his way on an extremely busy day to help get an item I needed.

Every time I come in, he’s always going out of his way to help customers. Keep up the great work mate!

Always love shopping here. Team members like AJ ensure that customers are well looked after and leave happy. She has Birthday in 2 days. Happy Birthday AJ. God give Wollies more happy team members like you.

Free fruits for kids .. yaye
I use to shop regularly at woolwrths gelnwood. It's a nice clean and tidy store and is usually well stocked. Staff is quite friendly. I had to go back to counter couple of times to get the bill corrected and in one of those occasions, we were given some discount which we highly appreciated. There are both staff assisted and self service checkouts and usually there are no or very less wait times. Plenty of trollies and baskets for shopping.
There's a very convenient car park in front.

Manager is brilliant So friendly and so customer focused also onecof the guys i think is name is Bukla he does the trolleys akways helping people too.Saw hum rush to help a kady who had a full trolley and a little child in her trolley just to make sure she got to car safely with her groceries and Bubs absolutely awesome .So good to see this

Everything is well organised in the racks.Staff at Woolworths, Glenwood is very sympathetic and helpful.Because of the congenial atmosphere everyone loves to shop there.

Nice shopping centre.

I appreciate the team lead by Bec and Jo - they know our family routine and sincerely care. As long as this personal touch exists my family will use this Woolies as our primary grocery stop. Special mention also to Liam who is consistently so well mannered, professional and approachable - traits that can be difficult to have simultaneously

THANK YOU for being So Quick to Help my Father, Lauder Scott-Rogers, after his Fall Yesterday.

In Particular, KAITLAN (hope i spelled correctly). A Young Lady, and Woolworths Employee, who Assisted my 83yo Father after he tripped and fell in the store yesterday, ANZAC Day.
Kaitlan was able to get my number from Dads Wallet and rang me immidiatly to inform me of incident and what was now happening.

To the Security Guard and fellow Employees who quickly came to His Aid, Thank You Also.

I also thank a Customer, Liz, who witnessed the fall, and along with Kaitlan, took my Father to Medical centre and both stayed until i arrived. They also collected his bag of keys, groceries that went everywhere.
Also, To The Manager Who Refused me to pay for Dad's Shopping.
Wonderful Kind Gestures by You All.

I have furthermore had a phone call Today, From Kaitlan, checking in to see if my Father was doing OK. (Very Special to My Father and i) Thank You Kaitlan.
My Father may not remember your name next time, but be assured, he will never forget You, nor will i.

And when i walked in this morning, lots of Staff asked after him.
