Been visiting this pharmacy since 2007. Always have a good experience here. Staff are friendly, the store is small and welcoming and always give me the right help when I need it. Also, the store is open most days till 8pm which is great for after work purchases

Very good service as we visit there every month.

It concerns me during spread of this virus that picking up goods is a chore. It is a very busy location.

Very unprofessional. The pharmacist had a lack of knowledge and compassion. He would not listen to the patient's needs and insisted we see a doctor for eye drops which do not require a GP consult. Complete lack of care and very stubborn in his opinion. He kept repeating I "need to convince him that I need the drops".
Do not recommend going to this pharmacy. Poor service. Disappointing.

Asked for dry cough rikodene as I have been struggling with one at work all week.
Pharmacist was very rude and insistent they did not sell this here, and to buy other overpriced branded products which do not address the same issue. What a joke.
Do not go here. Chemist and doctors are supposed to have a duty of care, this one clearly does not.
Had to visit Cincatta pharmacy.
Boycott parklea; don’t make the mistake of coming here in the first place.

Truly the worst chemist. My brother was discharged from norwest hospital with scripts. They refused to fill them due to how the doctor wrote them. When I asked how it should be and they refused to tell me and simply said “the doctor should know”. So I asked them how can I come back with a right script if I don’t know what I am looking for. They simply said “doctors should know” again and told me to go with my brother to a GP to get a script (no sure what kind of joke that is telling someone who was discharged from hospital to go to GP straight after major surgery for a script that I already have). So I called the doctor at the hospital and they had the hospital staff check and it was fine. The doctor asked to speak to the pharmacist. They pharmacist refused to speak to the doctor. I told them that was the case and the doctor advised they don’t know what they are doing. I had to travel 30 minutes to a chemist open past 7, leaving my brother who had major surgery to suffer being dragged around to simply get a script. Went to cincotta and had no problems they dispensed the script.

This is usually my regular chemist and the advice I receive is well informed and accurate. Although a few months ago a new pharmacist I never seen before, Kavish something there first was sitting and ignoring all patients, then when I finally got her attention advised my dad to take nurofen and this drug in coumadin together, he continued doing this until we went to his doctor and he told him that this causes major issues for my dad. She wasn't confident, ill-knowledge and kept looking confused but still said it was okay. If she doesn't know her job she should go back to uni and gain some proper knowledge because this can be life or death for people. I will be reporting to the appropriate people.

Staff including Pharmacist has too much attitude if you need help other than a purchase. Asked us to sit and wait more than 1 hour to get our Stat Dec witnessed which would have taken not more than 10 seconds. Shame on you and you will lose my business as well.

Don't take their word for anything. I was misguided by them to take a different so that they can stick me with something which has a shorter expiry date. Such a shame that they play these games. Please don't buy anything from them!!!
