Walked in for a cable, walked out with a kids ride in landcruiser for my toddler on sale. I was happy, well...happy about the getting the cable I needed, my kid was the one happy with his new ride in car.

Mcgraths Hill is the second closest store to me, but they have oen of the best shop in terms of organisation, location, staff friendliness and every now and then there will be a nice car like a Toyota Chaser parked in the lot. Everything is easy to find and their detailing section is very nice.

Although I've had a bad experience with online ordering these guys in-store know their stuff. Thanks for restoring my faith!

Every time I have visited the staff have been exceptionally helpful, and didn't want to stay long in the shop as I only needed a few items for my sons car. I was in and out within 3 minutes. GREAT service by all the staff.

Great store to shop in. Very clean and well laid out. Had what I needed and was a hassle free experience.

Battery died on New Years Day! Got on the SC website, punched in the car's rego number and it told me the exact item I needed, plus price and stock in nearby stores. A couple other places also sold it, but Supercheap had the best price.

Found everything I needed at an affordable price.

Helpful staff and always look after the customers. Issy at the front was so good helped me at every stage. I recommend coming to this store as all the staff are awesome.

Had issue with my rear wiper & the design of wiper was not very helpful either. I went to Supercheap Auto at McGraths Hill & they went the extra mile by helping me to fit the odd wiper design. Due to the clips insertion was not an easy task, Patrick willingly helped me to fit it perfectly and save me from waiting for the whole new wiper to be ordered in. It was a happy day as waiting for a whole new set of wiper to be ordered in will take awhile and Christmas was approaching. Thanks to the staff in Supercheap Auto at McGraths Hill as they are really helpful, friendly & always smiling. Thank you again for making your customers happy and hassle free!

P/s: They won't make you look for a solution if it doesn't work out but help & try to resolve it for you.

I made a online order, staff called a short time later and explained they didn't have the stock and the website was wrong.

They offered to go get it from another store but I just had to wait an extra hour.

Great customer service, I wish I remembered the ladies name that was helping me out over the phone but she was very patient and solved the problem !

One of the bigger Supercheap auto stores in Sydney. Great friendly staff and plenty of onsite parking.

Visited just on closing and the staff were fantastic, I knew exactly what I wanted and they said there was one in the store but I couldn't find it. The staff looked hard for it eventually found it where someone had put it down incorrectly. The gentleman that served me went out of his way to find it.

Outstanding customer service from a very lovely and knowledgeable young lady called Storm.
I would highly recommend her.
She went out to my car got the back wiper arm, changed the blade, replaced back on to car all whilst I contined shopping instore.
Keep it up Storm you will go places with your great attitude towards your job, thank your Dad too (great teacher).
