Super lovely team! I have a glass grinder with the grinding bits stuck on. I’d been drilling the slug screw out, little by little for days. I went in to the store, with the grinder and said that I desperately needed help, because it’s a $700 piece of equipment that could be ruined if I over drill or can’t get the bits off. Well… they could not have been more helpful. They got a drill and drill bit out and with me holding the grinder still, they managed to finish off the drilling and we got the grinder bit off! They didn’t have to do this, they could have turned me away or sold me more tools or drill bits to get the grinder bit off (which is what Bunnings did), but they didn’t. And this is why I went to this store. I figured a small hardware store is probably going to be way more helpful than Bunnings and they were. They didn’t charge me for helping me either. But, because I needed to pick up some other stuff, I did it there instead of at Bunnings. This is now my go to hardware store. Love it.

Great old school hardware store, stocking quality hardware items with very knowledgeable and friendly staff. They had wide range of key cutting blanks for older style locks that the chain store hardware shops dont stock any more. Was a pleasure to stop by. Thankyou.

I bought a leaf/vacuum from the Hendra branch.
The service was amazing.
Instead of having me pick up the goods or send it out at a freight cost to me, they quite happilly got one of their guy's to deliver the goods after hours (6;00pm)
Price was good but can't beat great service.

These old style Hardwares are dying rapidly but thankfully this place is one of the best in town, with great service and a fantastic array of different supply's. Every time I have been there thinking they will not have one of these they do! Great Job guys well done please keep the doors open as long as you can and locals get behind them.
