Nine West Birkenhead Point

Was just in the area and found ourselves entering Nine West. The staff were all super friendly, particularly a blonde middle-aged lady wearing green. She had impeccable service skills - was approachable, friendly, helpful, patient, all of it. Definitely had a 10/10 experience simply because of her presence. Would definitely recommend.

In terms of the shoes- they had a lot of shoes on sale. A massive range. There were some that were still in store (current styles) and some that were reduced further as they were the last sizes. Everything was well organised and the staff definitely knew what they were doing.

These ladies are absolutely amazing, after trying on five-six different shoes finally deciding on only one but buying two of the exact shoes, I thought I lost my phone and they were so helpful helping me look around for it, checking all the boxes. helping me recall my steps, directing me, showing me exactly how to get to guest services to help me find my partner, don’t know his number off by heart lols. They went above and beyond helping me find shoes and asked for my details should they find my phone, are just super lovely people. Thank you to Val and the rest of the team. Got back to the car and there was my phone. Beautiful shoes and even more beautiful people - Highly recommend!

Came in at the last minute for heels and the staff were all so great and helpful! I was unsure of which shoes to purchase so I stepped out and came back at closing time. Despite this Irene, Simona and Duha were so kind, patient and understanding with me. They clearly don’t mind going the extra mile to give great customer service. Thank you girls, it really made my day!

9 West locate in Birkenhead Point is a Shoes shop, clean and tidy also over a discount sales, but not complete and up-to-date model shoes and styles not fit to everyone needs.

There was a young lady that had brown hair, with highlights in them that displayed absolutely disgusting behaviour. My mother and I walked in and when we found a pair of shoes we liked we asked her countless times if she had the same shoes in a size 10. Instead of helping us out she went to other customers and assisted them with whatever they needed help with. My mother and I, being clearly ignored, can only guess she doesn't like culturally diverse people, we decided that we'd leave. My father was waiting outside for us and saw that she stuck her tongue out at us as we left. I don't recommend going there if you come from an ethnic background. Its a shame they hire people with these inclinations.

Extremely rude young lady Brown hair, refused to assist my wife and when asked for size yesterday, just walked around the store then came back and said, 'we don't have your size' walking off mid sentence. Stuck her tongue out at my wife as she walked out. Not realising I was standing to the side watching this all unfold. I can only attribute her actions to bigotry. She seemed happy to help others with a different appearance. Nine west is a great brand with great products but poor staff. Will never go back. It's no coincidence that the poor reviews for this store at birkenhead point come from people with culturally diverse names.

there are two old hags, a blonde and brunette who lack basic customer service skills, are rude and overall useless when asking for help. their disdain towards races other than white is beyond obvious. grow tf up (mentally) xx

Very rude and arrogant service by sales person Annie. Was not helpful at all and looked not interested to do her job. Acted like she was the owner of the store. Will definitely suggest further customer service training provided to her. Have previously been to this store and have always been looked after.

I will never go to Nine West anymore because I dint have a receipt and the shoes come all undone in the hill l the girl told me could not help so I said I put the shoes in the bin she said yes
