Peter's of Kensington Birkenhead Point

I have bought a lot of items at this store over the years. Great selection and layout featuring all the major kitchenware brands. Today I received excellent customer service by staff member Penny in the knives section. She helped me select suitable chef and bread knives within my budget. She then showed me safety sheaths for the bread knife. She was very knowledgeable about the different knife brands, country of manufacture/design, steel quality and blade angles. I was able to try out the sample chef knife at a table to see how it felt in hand. She displayed excellent safety and situational awareness in handling the knives in a busy store. It is refreshing to come across someone who clearly enjoys their job and knows what they are talking about.

An amazing array of household items at good value prices and stunningly presented. Its a store with Class with a capital "C".
Worth visiting to find gifts for any occasion or that special something to treat yourself. We always enter not needing anything and leave with a bag full of goodies.

Fun shop full of home, kitchen and other misc goods, appliances and products. Great service but not the cheapest prices tho (they sell more upper market brands) sometimes cheapest for particular quality brand products. Worth checking out

I'm addicted to this store! Best customer service online is Bianca, I'm never disappointed and she works from her heart, she makes sure that her customers are happy and that's why when I do call online I ask for her, with service like that makes you want to buy all the time as I do because of her. When I collect my order from Birkenhead Vicki serves me with a beautiful smile and amazing service, she makes sure my order is well wrapped and not broken. My kids adore her! We need people like her and Bianca that makes shopping the best experience! If you want unique products Peters of Kensington is the go to store, you will never be disappointed, I'm constantly asked by my friends and families where I buy my stuff from, they love it and now they shop there!

Very good kitchen products but expensive

Excellent shop for kitchen items.

A very well designed Peters store with a lot of choices at seriously good prices. Normally specials are taken off at the checkout of the ticketed price of items. Floor staff and cashiers always helpful and security guards with a smile which is a nice change.

Excellent layout with plenty of products. Staff are friendly and more than happy to price match if you find a better deal (which is rare).

Great selection. The pans were a complete steal. Got a SS Scanpan (28cm) for $54. I nearly cried I was so happy with that find!

Always find interesting stuff there at great prices. Good quality. Fast service. If you're looking for quality and variety in kitchenware, applicants, dining ware and yes, even luggage they've got it.

Great store w a huge selection of wares but not as comprehensive on display as the Kensington store. U are able to order online of course.
