I had an extremely positive experience here. Staff person was super helpful and very friendly. Sorry I didn't get her name so I could give her credit. Definitely worth shopping here.

I visited this store today and was served by two of the loveliest attendants I have ever met, Carla & Penny. They are very knowledgeable about all the products they stock from the Estee Lauder group and took the time to speak with me about my skincare needs.

When they were not serving me, they were serving other people the same way they treated me.

I am highly impressed with their customer service, you can tell they care about their customers.

Penny is very professional and extremely helpful, her knowledge is exemplary & she goes above & beyond to give advice from her expertise! Thanks lovely, my experience in store was 5 star because of your wonderful service & customer care.

Amazing Knowledge and accepting staff ❣

Shocking (non-existent) service. Employees don’t know their own products. I love the EL brands but will definitely buy from other EL stores where better service is provided. Avoid at all costs

Shocking service! I rang especially about a product & was very specific about what I needed.
When I told the staff they turned the situation on me justifying that “these things happen “.
Very rude salespeople

Terrible customer service, the staff just ignore you.

Service is non-existent in this store. They only greet Caucasian customers so forget it if you're not white.
