Red Cross Shop The Junction

Great shop if u did not know would be unaware it was a charity shop. High end designer gear at good prices. Lovely friendly staff help with selections .

This shop has a great selection of clothes and the manager, Ann, is excellent and ensures a great vibe 😎💃

I thought if you had clothes you wish to donate you could go to Red Cross to donate. I had so much clothes to donate - all were in really good condition. The lady that worked there came out with me and when she saw all the clothes I wanted to donate she was very rude and said s they couldn’t go through all that - that it was too much. Instead she quickly went through the clothes and picked at out the most expensive items and said she would definitely be able to sell these items. I didn’t bother arguing as I just wanted to get rid of the clothes. She didn’t even say thanks, just grabbed the 6-7 expensive pants and went inside. I after went to Vinnies and donated EVERYTHING and they were so happy for the donation.
Just proves that Red Cross only cares about how much money they can make.
Would not recommend this place.
