A big THANKYOU to the staff at Mr Toys. They are very helpful and efficient. An amazing selection of toys. We even found a toy that was not so easy to come by. To all of Santa's helpers out there, it was worth the visit.

Been buying from here for years, there's always something for every budget, and they carry a great range.

Love this store! Reasonable and well stocked. Lots of cute little items to choose from.

Great range (especially Lego) and staff always friendly and helpful. Prices competitive with larger department stores.

I rang 4 other stores around Brisbane to get the Boba Fett helmet in Lego, all said they could not help me. When I rang Capalaba they did not have it in stock, but they tracked one down for me and got it sent to the Capalaba store for me to pick up. They were the only store that was prepared to go the extra mile for me, the staff were great, so now I go out of my way to give them my custom. Thanks again team.

Mr Toys toy world has always been a kids dream to go to!

This particular location has plenty of stock and is decently sized. One thing I have always appreciated about this store is how well it's organised, every isle was sorted and extremely clean especially since its a kids store where everything gets moved ;) One thing to note is that the prices at toy stores are going to be pricey but I've got a tip!

If you find the same item cheaper and its a store that you can physically go aka Kmart, Target, they will price match it which is awesome.

All the staff I've encounter have been super helpful and not in your face.

We want to say how beautifully we were treated when we came past last weekend looking for little prizes for my disabled son who was in hospital. Claire helped us out so much. The service is exceptional & probably a key reason why my son loves going back (Lyn has him in her pocket).While he spends his time searching out new Hot Wheels the RC counter keeps on pulling me in. Jarrod gives honest and knowledgeable advice, with obvious passion for the hobbie.

Went to buy a RC car today and was welcomed by a very friendly and very helpful worker called Jared, he’s awesome with anything you need to know about RC cars. If you need to know anything you ask him. Absolutely amazing experience through Jared.

Excellent range of Thomas the tank engine toys

If I could give more stars I would! The service I received at this store was above and beyond. My 9 year old had been searching months for a particular lego friends item, she had saved her money and would not buy anything else. Lynn tracked it down and ordered it in especially for me despite going through stock take. And to go that step further the area manager Paula even made a special trip to drop it off so I would have it earlier. I have not received better service or even close to as good a service as I received from these two ladies in a number of years. They are a major asset to this company and I will definitely be recommending and returning again! (You can never have enough lego for kids 🙄😬)

Words cannot express how grateful i am to Lyn and the team at Mr Toys Capalaba. I was very undecided as to what i wanted to purchase as a gift and the staff at the capalaba store went through the range of items available for the appropriate age. Not only did i manage to find the perfect gift for my nephew but also managed to do a little bit of pre xmas shopping too. Being in the customer service industry myself, it is refreshing to walk into a store and receive friendly old fashioned customer service. You can really tell that the staff here love what they do and its not just a "job" for them. Well done team, you have won me as a life customer.

Great shop located along the mad mile in Capalaba. Plenty of easy parking out the front of the store. It's never full. Inside, there's a huge selection of toys & games to choose from, that even the fussiest of shoppers will be able to find what they're looking for.

This Mr Toy's Toyworld was well stocked, clean, well priced, friendly staff, well lit and good parking. They had what we wanted and they had what they said they would have. We will shop there again, thanks Capalaba Mr Toy's Toyworld
