BCF (Boating Camping Fishing) Capalaba

We recently had an issue with our domestic fridge and needed to have it replaced under warranty. Being the holiday season they could not send it away to be repaired with out long delays. The staff at Capalaba were so helpful and particularly Bree helped made the replacement so easy.

We had previously visited a store in rothwell where the staff were very unhelpful and weren’t interested in helping us getting our warranty claim sorted. The staff at rothwell made it seem like we were to difficult but the staff at Capalaba make you feel very valued.

Would highly recommend CAPALABA location for great service especially over the holiday season!

Fantastic customer service had come in to buy a light weight rod and had no clue what rod to get so I had help from a legend that knew more then me I recommend coming to this store and I'm definitely coming back for some more gear thanks heaps 🤙

Just a guick thank you to the store manager for realising the gasmate stove I returned was faulty now that I have the replacement I can see it was not safe. I really appreciate how he didn't hesitate to replace it and his knowledge of the product that's what will make me a customer for life.

Hands down THE BEST service from BCF Capalaba . George was an amazing help today, friendly customer service, I drove down all the way from Logan as they were the only store with the product I needed.
George was accommodating and so very helpful.

Lovely customer service. Was very hard to push trolley when there are things on the side on the aisles.

Fantastic experience here. Prices are a bit on the higher side but they back that up with quality and service. Had a dud chair that needed to be returned and it was dealt with easily and a replacement was sourced within the week.

Excellent Service. They even phoned another store and organised for what I wanted to be picked up at the front desk.

Hands down the best service ever! I came out today (Sunday) with my dad to pick up a kayak and there was ample amount of staff just wanting to give us a hand it was awesome! Wazza is a HUGE asset to the company! He looked after us as soon as we walked in and helped us load it in the ute afterwards! All Sunday staff were awesome 1000/10! Deadset legends!

Dropped in on Thursday night (late night shopping) to buy some fishing gear for my son. George was very helpful in getting us set up, and providing lots of tips to get the best results out of our new gear. Much appreciated. I am currently in Perth, but really wanted XTM 4WD Modular Drawer with Slide. I called the store and spoke to Reece. He was just fantastic. It is employees like Reece who keep customers coming back to your store rather than shopping around online. Thank you Reece.

Young man at doors when we arrived, first thing in the morning, was so friendly, customer service was fantastic, prices were so darn affordable, great range of products, will be back soon

I have always gotten pretty good service here, they have reasonable stock levels and most things are well priced. Only down side is the parking, but it shouldn't cost them a star.
