Been coming here for a while now, I find a lot of value in their raw variety. I tend to find there's always something on sale. Staff are always helpful, taking things to the counter when I have my hands full. Packing things carefully. Providing advice and knowledgeable on different things. Probably one of the few petstores that I feel has properly educated staff. Also awesome to take the dogs in and weigh them each time. Lots to enjoy here. Wish there were more World 4 Pets stores!

Wonderful service. Sent hubby to buy a new jumper for our cavoodle, the staff were very helpful. Coco came home looking like a million dollars. Thank you Jo for the outstanding service

So, so helpful! Huge range of stock, competitive prices plus very knowledgeable and helpful staff that are happy to talk to you about any animal needs/enquiries. Great help with helping me to get food for my dog and cat and wonderful help with helping my partner to get a really great cat tree that our boy already loves! Thanks heaps guys 👍

This is a fabulous shop for my girl..cool clean and has so many lovely foods to choose from..the prices are really good as well..staff are really helpful..I can recommend this shop.. J and Luna-mae

Staff/Service:
Every time you walk in the store, you are greeted by friendly staff who are happy to give a helping hand at any moment. They always give honest information even if it's something they don't have. (Usually they can get it in if you're not in a hurry)

Price:
Good prices for pet food especially if you're in there for fresh pet meat.
and the best part is the will usually have some kind of deal or sale going, so the whole community wins.

Variety:
This store has a great variety of item for your pets, ranging from Reptiles, Aquariums, Birds, Cats & Dogs. They even have accessories for ferrets, mice, rats and rabbits.

Truly is a product for every kind of pet in there.

Very friendly staff and helpful. Didn't have what we we're after but only due to covid-19 shipping delays. Otherwise they normally always have everything in stock. Very cheap pet store. What we bought would have cost us 3 X the amount at Petbarn.

My wife and I have been shopping here for the last 3 years since we got our first dog. They have been the goto place for service and prices are very competitive. Regardless of the price, this place is the goto for amazing service! All team members that work here are genuine human beings who are not there to make a quick buck. However, this review is not about their Store, this review is of one such great service and one genuine team member who went above and beyond. Today I came home to see a Greyhound on my front door step who was visibly shaken and possibly hurt. He wouldn’t let me near him and he was snarling and I was not sure oh his demeanour. So, I called the local vet to see if anyone had reported him missing, and unfortunately, no luck. Called the local council, and the rangers were 3 hours away! And even tried the police to see if they can help me just to get into my own house. Last resort, I drove to World4Pets and asked if anyone had reported a missing Greyhound, and unfortunately no luck. However, that’s not where they stopped! The gentleman (who normally helps me out when I am out at their shop getting supplies for my 3 dogs) made a few calls to the rescue centres and contacts he had in the store, and finished his shift at the store and drove to my house to help me, and took the dog to the local vet, so the dog and his owner can be reunited. A long review for a local pet store, but stories with great characters and good endings don’t get told too often! I feel bad for not getting his name after all this time of shopping at their store, but rest assured I will, the next time I visit! Thank you again World4Pets and you guys deserve the Local Hero Award for being champions! Will be singing your praises for a long time to come.

Lovely friendly staff which were happy to advise on a change of kitties biccies. They also provided shop to boot service for the kitty litter. Thanks so much guys and girls

Great staff, great stock, great prices. A lovely staff member helped us weigh our pup & advised us of what she needs/when she needs it.

Spoke to Jeremy by phone to enquire about a product, he was very knowledgeable resulting in my visit to the shop to purchase the product I had enquired about. Whilst browsing the shop I was approached by other staff ensuring I was being looked after, I found all the staff very helpful, friendly and able to answer any question I asked. I would surely recommend this shop and will definately be returning to shop there even though there are other pet supply shops closer to where I live. Thank you for providing the customer service that many other shops are lacking.

We get our raw food from here, great range of meat and organs. The customer service is always perfect and willing to help with anything!
