Franklin Discount Drug Store

The staff are super friendly and helpful over the phone when I was sick. They even stayed open 5 minutes late so my husband could make it after work to collect medication. The staff made great suggestions every couple of days over the phone to adjust the medication I was taking to try and assist my worsening symptoms. Everything they suggested worked and got me back up in my feet.

No matter how busy the staff are, they're always courteous and ready to listen, really listen. And because of their empathy and professionalism, and in conjunction with my GP, they have helped me to sort out an issue that was both emotionally and financially draining. I'll be forever grateful.

Conveniently located next to Woollies. Well maintained with wide range of branded and generic products. The main entrance is a little low key and could be missed.

I have never authored a review for anything on Google, however, the level of customer service and knowledgeable help that I received when I went in yesterday was such an amazing experience, that I felt I just had to.

Came in to get medicine for my wife but was unsure which products were suitable for pregnant women. Not only did the pharmacist assist me, she also went out of her way and printed informational guides for me regarding what my wife can and can't use.

I have been to this chemist a few times now and I find it a much better experience than the large chain that is here in the ACT. I have always had great service, good advice and no wait times. Thanks

The most helpful service I have ever recieved at a pharmacy. The pharmacist is a fantastic listener and has provided really helpful information and advice on a number of occasions, always in an easy to understand manner.
The store is small but well layed out, with an ample amount of room in walkways.
