Woolworths Franklin

i came in looking for carrots. you see, i have a bunny. as i walked in, i spelled something peculiar but i didn't think to mention it. then I reached the vegetable aisle and the smell became far too potent. and there it was. A DEAD BODYYYYYYY. very good service.

Good
-Near brand new Woolly.
-Clean & tidy.
-Staffs are always busy but friendly.
-I think that this branch management is working very well. Display nicely and put on sale quit often which anything close to expired date.

Bad
-Small local Woolly.

The staff here seem very engaged in what they are doing, which may be related to this place previously being awarded Australia’s number one metro.

There is a house nearby with a number that is same as the speed limit of school zones. Its owner tried to trick us to clean 2 bathrooms, 1 balcony and an oven with only 84 bucks. (totally market value of those items should be around 200 bucks due to their excessive dirtiness) Without successfully taking advantage of us, they made a complaint to the customer service, which led to 34 dollars to be deducted. Just let you guys know. BTW, this metro is nice. Shame to have some crooks living around this amazing place.

Is a great little Woolworths when you need the emergency essentials. Would still go to Majura if we need to do a big shop.

Possibly the most convenient Woolies you'll ever shop at. Plenty of free parking right outside the door. It's a smaller "Metro" store with less range of products than a full sized store, but that's what makes it so convenient. I've managed many times to grab and pay for a basket of basic goods and be back in my car in less than 5 minutes. And my kids love the free "kids fruit" at the entrance to keep them occupied...bonus!

I had an amazing experience today. An employee at the register understood that I was unable to pay because the machine wasn't accepting 20 cent coins. She was really empathetic the entire time and even paid the remaining balance with her own funds (I reimbursed her as soon as I could). Shoutout to you. Youre an amazing person. Thank you so much for being so kind.

This one is by far the best Woolworths I have visited in Australia. Supremely clean and tidy. Staff is amazingly helpful and friendly without a doubt, helping me to lend name badge of one of the staff so that I could remove my SIM card out of my phone. great job.

A great little local supermarket. Not the biggest range, but ideal for quick shopping trips to avoid shopping mall parking and chaos. The selection is sufficient to cover a basic weekly grocery shop if required. Has a nice local community feel to it.

My favourite local woolies. Small but has everything you need. They always have a lot of staff working which is very helpful. And the parking is easy.

Brand new Woolworths store at the ground floor of a new apartment block. Small store with understandably limited range but all the necessities are there. Convenient for locals who no longer have to travel to Dickson or Gungahlin for their groceries.

Little grocery shopping gem just at the door step. Saving us going all the way to Gungahlin!
A little smaller than the full sized Woolies but has more than enough for all our needs.

Cute supermarket with a large variety of goodies. Love the friendly staff, the fresh produce and the buffalo wings are a sensational snack.

Extremely convenient (especially for a basket sized shop), well priced with fresh food options. Smaller in size than a typical Woolies store.
