I’ve had multiple repairs done at Cookies and even a full battery replacement on an e-bike not purchased from them, and each time I’ve walked (ridden) away as happy as Larry. Fast attentive service at a good price, just what you want!

There are very few cycle shops in Canberra that a) aren't ripping you off with ridiculous prices or b) have outstanding service that go to extra lengths to achieve customer satisfaction. Cookies is just that. Great service, honest, friendly, trustworthy and won't hurt your wallet. I recently had a very expensive scooter serviced there which required a complete brake swap out twice due to incorrect brake fitting from incorrect advice from elsewhere about what would fit my scooter and a complete headset disassemble and bearing replacement. In my particular scooters case the headset bearing swap is a tedious and problematic process that required the store to purchase additional tools to be able to finish the job. That cost did not get put back on me thankfully. For these reasons I can't fault their honesty, commitment to finish the job, friendly to deal with and kept me updated throughout the process. 5 stars, this is what all bike shops should be.

The repair has been done to a high standard and it's solid and stable. The store is immaculately presented and featured a range of accessories that I needed. Great prices and awesome range of quality ebikes and scooters. Highly recommend purchasing through these guys and having a chat in store. They take the time to help you with anything it's awesome.

I bought an e bike from Dave last week. He was so helpful in explaining how it works. When my water bottle didn't fit the holder on the bike he gave me one that did. He delivered the bike within a day. I highly recommend this shop for its excellent customer service

Great shop! I’ve purchased an off-road scooter which I use when running with my golden retrievers. David is very professional and very knowledgeable/capable with all things bike. I’ve learnt the hard way with other overpriced stores only for David to sort things out. Won’t be going anywhere else for maintenance and parts installation.

Dave is such a top bloke. We continue to support local by buying from Cookie's Cycles as our girls get older and we upgrade, etc. Always helpful, always informative, and even stores new purchases for us up until the night before the kid's birthdays. Highest recommendation.
