Ive done a couple of online orders and have pick up at their Milton location. Staff are friendly and helpful. Their products are good and they have a lot of great info online which helps make good choices when looking into eco and sustainable alternatives!

I love love love biomes quarterly seasonal surprise boxes. My husband gives me a yearly gift of them on my birthday which makes his life easy and it is a surprise that keeps giving all year. This year biome sent out my spring box and it got lost somewhere in transit. I contacted biome and spoke to the most amazing, super efficient, friendly, polite and helpful Darly. She kept me in the loop as she tried to track my box. And when she found it was lost, quickly organised a new one to be collected at my nearest store that afternoon. The most wonderful customer service!! I really hope your supervisors read this and acknowledge you Darly. Thank you so much again. You are truly an asset to Biome.
