Top quality business. Website is clean. It has a brilliant search engine and allows for a lot of filters, this makes finding any product easy or just exploring the best experience ever. Always has hot deals or sales what are terribly tempting but extremely useful.
The range of products is immense and the only time I haven't been able to find products is if its an extremely limited item or an older item that has run out of stock.
The delivery times are always next to none with it normally only taking two days. Always shipped correctly and safely with the required packaging. I have never had any damaged boxes let alone items turn up what is often a rare experience in this day and age.
The quality of the products are always top quality and they don't sell anything that is of a cheap and weak stature.
Been buying of this company for years and will continue to do so. Would recommend 10/10.

Lee, Terry & Caleb provided me with possibly the best customer service I have experienced in years. They took the time and went the extra mile for someone with basic PC knowledge like myself. After accidentally breaking my PC in the morning, they had me completely figured out and fixed up by the afternoon. Would highly recommend shopping at U-Mart milton. Came into Umart Milton to ask about a gaming computer setup. We were assisted by Mattie who absolutely went above and beyond in his service. He’s knowledgeable, kind, patient, provided excellent advice and enjoys a good laugh as well. What an absolute pleasure he was to deal with, hands down the best customer service we’ve ever had, in any shop, anywhere in Australia! Beautiful customer service experience. I want to shout out to Cara from the technical support team. They were patient with all my questions and answered them efficiently and to a high standard. They helped me find parts in upgrading my current set up and the compatibility of all parts and utilising my existing parts. Helping me find the best solution. My current set up is 6 years old (UMART helped me purchase also) and still running great, however I was looking to upgrade to the latest specs due to job requirements and wanting something that will last me another 6 years. I will be purchasing parts with my next pay. Couldn't recommend more when it comes to helping with parts!

Not many computer stores around the area. But with the recent changes to how you receive your order, it can be confusing for people.

You order online through their online store, and later on, you will receive an email with your pickup code. Enter the store and scan the barcode from the email or type the code in. Umart staff will bring out your order.

I have shopped at Umart since 2008 and the service has improved so much over the years. One of the best prices in Brisbane and very competitive. Their multiple store locations also make shopping with them a breeze. Highly Recommended.

These guys are on fire! Even during such a crazy busy day they gave really awesome help and service when it came to my PC. Caleb, Leigh and Chason were extremely helpful and I left super happy with my PC. Great to chat too, super easy going. Would defs recommend!!

A business that knows how to do click-and-collect properly! Their stock levels online are always accurate, which makes ordering and pickup easy and quick. Their prices are also very competitive. Later opening hours would be great though.

Service was Terry-ific! I bought all of the parts to build a pc as I was feeling confident and ambitious. I brought my newly built pc in because I thought I needed a bios update. But no, everything was wrong! Terry helped me out alot and was very knowledgeable, he didn't make me feel dumb for not knowing what I was doing and assured me that everybody has to learn somehow.

Wow! What can i say, i bought a heap if components to build my son a new video editing desktop and its been years since i last built a system. We got it all home and put it together and it wouldnt post. My initial thoughts were “oh f$&@“ i must have blown something up or perhaps a component needed to be replaced thru rma. Brought it in today and saw Tauren and omg this bro is the real deal. He and his mates were so awesome. They not only showed me how I screwed up putting the memory in the wrong slots but even helped tune the motherboard, installed windows, and more. These guys are top notch. Will never go anywhere else.
