A comprehensive range of products at competitive prices. Most importantly, their service is fantastic. I ordered an item that unfortunately had just sold out. They sent me a text immediately to let me now my options and then followed up with their suppliers to let me know when the item may be re-stocked. At all times they kept me informed so I knew exactly where I stood. Sherpa provided a refund immediately so I could try to source my kit elsewhere prior to an up-coming race. Kudos to Caroline!!!

What an amazing store. Throughout this crazy period, the store and all the staff have been fantastic. I highly recommend purchasing from this store. I had purchased a few items online but needed to exchange a sleeping bag. This was done with ease and no problems at all. I will be defiantly be purchasing more items from Sherpa.

First enquiry to check they actually had the item was positive - Rebecca went and identified the unit. Then, after shipping, Australia Post delayed it by 3 weeks and I couldn't get an answer. Rebecca gave them a rocket and it suddenly moved across the country in 5 days! The GPS is superb. Highly recommend this shop and the professionalism Rebecca displays.

Bought 2 helinox savanna chairs one night , next morning had a courtesy call asking if i purchased them via my credit card which was very professional,

2 days later via express post my item was sitting at post office ready for pickup.

Great products and very helpful staff. Had the products I was looking for at a great price. Store was a bit tricky to find in person and parking was somewhat limited but not an issue at all.

Hidden gem of the hills!
I was passing by on my way back from mid-morning yoga and stumbled across this quaint and cute outdoor gear shop and had to take a peek. It was to my surprise the warm greeting I'd receive from their store representative 'Rebecca' and the vast selection of top notch gear on hand. Safe to say I not only left with a smile on my face but with a very cute seatosummit inflatable camping pillow which I use quite regularly. Would recommend!!!
