Great store! I get all my school supplies from here :) they also have an amazing art supply range, as well as a broad selection of office furniture and equipment. The staff are always really nice and happy to help :D overall would definitely recommend!

Just a quick shout out to Haley who provided excellent customer service today. She went way above and beyond to secure me an item from another store when they didn't have it in stock. She called them up and made sure I wasn't going to be wasting a trip - all without being asked to do so and while training another attendant. Great job!!

I went to warners Bay store this morning to make a photo book, i had no idea where to start then i met Sarah, what great help she was to me, so a big thank you Sarah you deserve a huge pat on the back. Not only was she lovely to me but went on ti give another lady my age some help. So appreciated when were not familiar with these fantastic computers 👏👏👏💞💞💞

Greatest Officeworks there is. Staff just so friendly. Always a great rage and masses of printers laptops and technology.
They stock apple products such as MacBooks and accessories.
The photo printing area is cheap and great. Easy to upload photos for printing.

All you need here for the office and more, new printer works well and have the luxury of individual ink changes. Kindle has been a great sucess, price was competitive without all the hassle to save a couple of dollars. Go on line get clued up and they'll price match

Great shop, excellent, friendly and helpful staff, they are very knowledgeable on most if not all of their products they sell.

The young man on the photos counter gave excellent service. The man on the checkout gave great service to an older couple and was very patient.

Wow talk about staff who go above and beyond. Indy and billy assisted me today with printing photos at the photo station with issues I really couldn’t get my head around. There were issues with technology during the process but nothing was too much trouble for either of them they both went above and beyond with a smile the whole time. They both are a huge asset to your store thanks again I’ll be a returning customer.

Jeremy was so knowledgeable when we were looking for a laptop. He explained in details pros and cons, very honest, and went to search for anything we were interested! We needed laptop urgently so he did his best to look for the one we exactly like. Thanks Jeremy!!!

I placed digital print order at office works warners bay and I was met with friendly service from staff. I followed up on the phone days after placing my digital print order and was greeted by a staff member of the name of Billy on the phone.

It was during my phone call with Billy I was quickly reminded that this store indeed was in Australia. This reminder stemmed from the genuine and down to earth way Billy conversed with me on the phone. I would be shocked to think that people actually ring up this store and feel the need to be rude on the phone when office works warners bay has staff like Billy greeting them on the the ringer.

It was an absolute pleasure chatting with Billy and my enquiries were answered with ease. Great experience all around. Perfect embodiment of quality Australian customer service. Everyone’s ya mate at office works warners bay!

Jeremy was fantastic - super efficient and helpful. THANK YOU! I rushed in to buy a replacement power cord for my Surface Pro. It's quite a unique cord. I was so grateful for the help of Jeremy in finding one quickly, so that I could use it at my presentation to 145 people that took place 15 minutes after I bought the cord! Without that cord I would have been incredibly embarrassed.

A big thank you to Megan and Eri today they are a credit to your business ,I am not the world's most technically savvy person and as busy as they were they took the time to help me Megan is like my girl Friday, (which is my normal day off and is always very helpful)but had some stuff to do today and once again they were both very helpful and very professional and happy to help me.

Went in over the weekend to purchase a desk. I ordered one that was too big. The staff swapped it for another without a fuss. Exceptionally helpful a d couldn't ask anymore. Thank you

Had problems with my Fitbit, the wrist band disconnected and broke while sleeping last night. I took it back in and had it replaced with no hassle. Staff were polite and very helpful and apologetic. No messing round no waiting. This happened on 16th May 2018. further to this - I took the new replacement Fitbit home and found the battery didn't seem to be charging properly according to the information with the Fitbit and my experience with my first one. I again contacted Officeworks Warners Bay the next day (17th) and after explaining the problem to Aidan he told me to bring it back and they would replace it, he said it would be waiting at the front desk for me. I took it back it was waiting for me and when the staff member went to put it through as a return she told me that "the price was marked down today on this item" and gave me a $15 refund. Not bad considering the original purchase was in October 2017. I have bought numerous products from this shop and never had issue with staff or products.

Needless to say I am happy to continue shopping at Officeworks Warners Bay.

I personally had a better than excellent experience with one particular Team Member ... on Saturday morning 21st November 2020 , in the Photographic / Printing Area of the Newcastle West Store .,

A lovely young lady , by the name of "NAVIE" , went out of her way to assist my Wife and I in every respect.

I felt a phone call from myself to the General Manager was in order to sing her praises , and finally , today "Tuesday" afternoon , I'm getting around to making that phone call .

I have just phoned the Store , to speak with the General Manager , and it was suggested / or requested by his 2.I.C. to write something about our experience online .

I have worked for years all around the World , and if I have become , if anything , I believe I am a good judge of Talent.

Should "NAVIA" decide to stay on with Officeworks , ..... I am sure that she has a very large contribution to make to The Company in the years ahead.

I wish her the very best ., and I hope Officeworks appreciate her... for her efforts and personality.

She was lovely and very informative

Huge store with attentive staff.
Ample parking and accessible access.
Huge range of pens and notebooks as well as furniture, office supplies, hardware and computing plus printing.

I get all my photo books done here and they are always 100%
