MECCA Kotara

I always have a great experience at Mecca (Kotara particularly is my fav store). But yesterday they went above and beyond. I had purchased two pretty expensive concealers both which in a month the packaging broke. Ash helped me and she was such a delight. Helped me choose a new concealer which I am so happy with and made the process easy

Caleb is amazing! He helped me pick out a skin tint for my trip away and it perfectly matches! He even made up a little tester for me to try out before I committed to the bottle. The skin tint feels amazing as well. 10/10

I was in store yesterday for the MECCA Express Skin - Calm & Clarify service. Caitlin was my consultant, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She went above and beyond, making sure to explain each product she was using and how it would benefit my skin. She took the time to listen to my skin concerns, as well as to double check if there was anything else that may affect the service such as allergies etc. She took the time to get to know me better, which made me extremely comfortable in a service for which I had never had before.

At the end of the appointment, I was pleasantly surprised to find out the service was fully redeemable, so I was able to pick myself up some of the goodies that were used during the service.

Overall such a great experience, Caitlin is such a lovely person and would 100% recommend this store and service.

So wonderful! I had to get a tanner foundation to wear after I had tanned for a dance competition and also some general makeup goods and Caleb was so lovely and helpful and can show you products for whatever your budget is. The Charlotte Tilbury spray is now a stable amongst our whole dance club and they will all definitely become regular purchasers.

Lilly was very helpful and attentive to what I was looking for. She recommended me some great products that I will now be incorporating into my daily makeup and skincare routine. Hands down best experience I’ve had in Mecca and I will be returning to see Lilly for any more advice and recommendations!

The store is well stocked widest selection compared to others in the area, so I never leave empty-handed. 🛒✨

I had my make up done for a birthday party on Saturday and had the best time at Mecca. Layla was my friendly make up artist and she set out by asking me what (if anything) I wanted to learn and when I told her my goals, she very patiently and supportively helped me learn some new techniques for my eyeliner, eyes and brows. She was up to date with the best products, listened to what I wanted and helped me practice myself. She even wrote me a few detailed pages of notes so I could replicate the look for a wedding as a bridesmaid in a few weeks. I ended up buying a lot of the products she recommended and used and I am feeling so much more confident in my use of them. I absolutely will be back to see her to continue to expand my skills - her professionalism, talent and knowledge was amazing. Thanks so much Layla, I felt so beautiful.

I recently had my makeup done at Mecca Kotara and could not praise the staff more. From the initial welcome to the store until the final purchase at the counter - they are all a credit to Mecca.

I had my makeup done by Genevieve (for my hens) and she guided me through the process like a professional and I was so happy with the end result - could not recommend her more in terms of her ability, communication and customer service. Absolute legend and I will be back!

Absolutely amazing experience. All the girls were so lovely, but one girl made it such a positive experience. Iisha/Aisha was so amazing, she helped swatch a foundation that she thought I would like, as well as trying certain primers to help some skin issues. She even reccomended and gave some free samples for me to try, to help my dry skin. Just absolutely above and beyond, and seemed to genuinely care about what I needed 🩷

I'm not certain on the spelling of her name but Genevieve was absolutely wonderful on Easter Saturday at MECCA Kotara when I came in unsure of what to spend my gift voucher on. She gave me honest and outstanding product recommendations which were all tailored to my needs/concerns. Genevieve went above and beyond for my satisfaction and generally speaking was just a lovely person. She was very engaging and radiated such a positive vibe! Love the product she showed me as well. She was absolutely spot on. Massive thank you Genevieve!

Further, (again I am not too sure of the spelling), Aisha/Isha) from MECCA Kotara was also a wonderful salesperson! I was very overwhelmed in the store by all of my options so she took the time to get me samples of all different foundations all while telling me about the pros and cons of each one. She was honest, reliable and found me my perfect product. She was so friendly and relatable; making it feel like I was speaking to a friend rather than an employee.

Thank you to all the girls at MECCA Kotara. Not once have I had a negative experience. You are the reason I keep coming back!

Holly at Kotara is my new favourite human. Instead of letting me buy a product I didn’t need, she educated me on the things I needed to change to make my 40yr skin behave! She was generous with her time, kind with her words, and clever with her makeup knowledge! Poor but happy!

I shop regularly both online and instore. The customer service at Mecca Kotara is exceptional. Today Sierra helped me trial new products and a sweeter all of my questions with incredible patience and knowledge. She took the time to apply each of the products and was not pushy at all. Highly recommend for make up application. Holly was truly amazing and has great customer service skills. I had a positive experience from start to finish. Really happy with my make up… thank you Holly.

If I could rate Mecca any higher I would. I am amazed by the exceptional customer service every time I walk in. The makeup quality is perfect and to add on to that, The range of different makeup brands is amazing. If this is what your looking for in a makeup store then I can guarantee you that you will not regret buying from Mecca.

The staff at Mecca are amazing, and so helpful. I had my makeup done there and was so happy with it.
I bought a foundation that was wrongly recommended (too dark) and I took it back and the girls swapped it out for the correct shade no issues at all.
