EB Games - Airport West

The lovely staff here are very helpful and knowledgeable, they are able to answer all my questions and nothing seems too hard for them.
Today Thursday 23rd June before 11am the young lady was so nice. I know in customer service it's expected but here it doesnt feel forced and smiles seem genuine. I have shopped here for myself and my grandson and come away with the same experience

The guy who was working Saturday 11/3 all by himself in the afternoon he is absolutely amazing,he went out of his way to greet and help everyone even though he was alone,I came in twice that day and looked like he was alone all day,I mean considering it was a Saturday pretty poor of management leaving him all alone, but this guy deserves high recognition on his service,professional ability,and working under pressure with serval customers and a line and he still managed to keep calm and make sure all customers were attended to.Please eb games this guy needs an award,I wish I got his name but I’m sure you know who I’m talking about.Thanks for making mine and my kid’s experience here a joyful one,ps we are literally at eb games weekly and in all my time shopping at the eb games stores I have never meet someone like him,he’s a big asset to EB games.I wish I had him on my work team,definitely a keeper.

Very helpful. I have been to many EB Games in Craigieburn, Doncaster, highpoint and Broadmeadows and this is the best one so far they're staff are very helpful. I wanted to trade in 4 games and they helped me straight away
