Elysian Collective is a gorgeous clothing store in Narrabeen featuring brands Bec + Bridge, Ministry of Style, Friends with Frank & many more. The clothes are divine, with elegant pieces for a capsule wardrobe, casual wear, stunning dresses & statement outfits. The white, fresh interior styling is beautiful with the most gorgeous oversized mirror that’s totally #instaworthy. The staff are so incredibly friendly, helpful & brilliant at styling. A must visit!

I am not usually one to write reviews but after visiting the store over the weekend I wanted to express how impressed I was with the store and the girls working there. It is so nice to have somewhere local that stocks so many of my favourite labels in such a beautiful space. Can't wait to come back!

No refunds on online orders, nothing else in the shop and a credit for out of state store means I’ll NEVER shop here again. Should have checked the reviews first, seems like lots of unhappy customers. Online shopping should ALWAYS have a refund option.

Ordered a necklace online and was sent the wrong item. Sent an email, message on instagram and filled out the contact us page and I didn’t hear back anything. Really disappointing. Wouldnt recommend to anyone.

This is a hard one to post but I feel I need to voice it. I bought a few items at the clearance sale and I was accidentally overcharged $60 and I tried to go back to get my $60 but the girl on the phone told me, no nobody's there at the centre. Just send us an email and the owner will deal with it. I sent an email and showed the number of items in photo. Unfortunately you guys didn't provide a receipt for the clearance sales but it clearly showed that I was overcharged $60 from the items I bought. Anyways, none of you answer my call because I know you didn't pick up the phone and nobody answered my email. I took it to the bank and I took it to Fair trade and you guys denied it. You basically just stole $60 out of me. If you believe that I was not overcharged you can simply tell me that but you didn't. So obviously we know who's wrong here. I'm absolutely disappointed with such a nice business like yours can do this to one customer. How hard is it to say no, you are not overcharged.
