This is what buying a PC should be like.

Some PC sellers feel like used car salespeople. Many others don't know much about what they're selling.
Buying a computer from these people feels like a gamble, or that I'm being ripped off.
With Andre, there was none of that.

I needed to replace a dying PC. Andre was very quick to respond. He took the time to learn what I thought I wanted, and what I really needed.
At every stage he offered advice on best value for money - where I'd see a benefit in performance or future proofing and where money was an upgrade that wouldn't achieve much, or was cosmetic-only.

He kept me informed at each point in the process, from initial discussions through each step to delivering the new machine. The whole process was quick - and, more importantly - painless and low-stress.

Next time my budget supports an upgrade, or a friend needs a new machine - I'm calling Andre.

I wanted a new computer with the latest gen features - AM5 Ryzen 7 7700, PCIe 5 NVMe etc. I made a list of components I wanted in the PC. After talking about all the options with Andre, he managed to save me a ton of money going with parts that were going to get me just as much performance but were less expensive, though I did insist on the latest Crucial 2TB PCIe NVMe. The PC turned out gorgeous, I love the red and black theme and it's so fast. I'm really happy with the service and will come back for upgrades in the future.
