amazing customer service

Appalling customer service and follow through. Their sales reps make false claims and promoting aspects about shoes that are not possible just to make sales. Then when questioned over these issues, they refuse to take responsibility or issue refunds. They took my elderly mother for hundreds making these false claims, pushing a sale on her. The shoes they sold her actually injured her and when she tried to take them back, they delayed contact for over a month and then refused to discuss the issue.

Very Unhappy! with my online purchase from foot locker. I bought sweatpants and a hoodie(matching pair) online because there was a promotion going on. The order went through, and then I received an email the next day saying “hoodie is no longer in stock” and they just shipped sweatpants. I paid shipping only for one item, which I was getting in-store for less money, the only reason I placed an online order was to get the pair(hoodie + sweatpants). I reached out to a customer service representative, and they said their online stock is not updated in real time, which means items showing online in stock could be out of stock at the backend but how would a customer knows that?? I was kind of shocked by the answer, but again that day same hoodie was in stock(the same size I ordered in the first place) even though he confirmed that “yes” it’s back in stock online they still can not process my order unless the situation is escalated to the superiors. A few days later, I received a call from the supervisor at the foot locker and he said that the item ordered is no longer in stock again - “of course, there are hundreds of other customers shopping from the same foot locker website - how can you expect the same item to be in stock when you are calling customer 2-3 days after the stock was confirmed”. Here is the best part supervisor said that the item that was confirmed in stock by the other associate was a returned item and was not in a condition to resell, also online inventory is not updated in real-time and the best they could do is give me 10% off on my next purchase, where initially I purchased items with 30% off on this order. I wasn't expecting this from foot locker, I only leave reviews when I am overwhelmed or frustrated with service. And this is definitely frustrating one!!
