Had a set of super comfy mongrel boots bought for me for Christmas.
had a slight issue with glue, within a few hours of asking the staff about this issue, they had already organised a brand new set of boots for me to come pick up the next day.

Ben and his staff went above and beyond my expectations, even following up my email after hours.

I love the boots. They are fantastic, zip on the side is super easy access so you don't have to tie your laces every day.

and more than that. For brand new boots. they are actually super comfy. especially working in Malanda and living in Ravenshoe they definitely get a work out in the rainforest.

very much appreciate all your help guys - I will definitely be back for more in the future.

oh and one more thing. I had no idea how many boots they had in stock - there's literally an entire wall of every colour, every size and so many different styles. i was very impressed by the boot wall. - the purple boots caught my eye for my wife. she loves purple.
