This shop is so lovely, very impressed! I didnt realise it was located on Victoria street, it is so convenient for me to just pop in on my way into town. Great range of low carb stuff which is a huge YES from me since my newest heath kick! going keto! im on that train baby. Had a great chat with one of the girls about keto, she knew what she was talking about! Now im loaded with goodies to keep me going!

I saw their ad running on tv and decided to come and check them out. Was pleasantly surprised to see how many different products they sell in this little shop.

The choice of breads is amazing! I actually got the No Grainer paleo bread that I used to order on the internet! So glad they are stocking it!

And the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Helpful, but not annoying.

I love this Go Vita store! I was so impressed by their range of protein supplements and their customer service was a bonus! Definitely recommend for anyone wanting good service and products.

I've found most of the staff to be helpful, offering suggestions while also allowing you to browse comfortably. Prices are reasonable to a little expensive, subjectively. There is 20% off for members one day a month, which is a good incentive.
As always, it's the way staff treat you that generally keeps you choosing one store over another, in my experience, so I do recommend this place

Every time I go in to this shop I just hope the customer service will be better than my last visit but every time I am very disappointed, you’re lucky to even get a smile from any of the staff. One time I had to wait for one of the girls to finish playing with the music out the back before she would come and serve me (she knew I was in the shop) I have asked about other products in the brands they keep and they have never offered to see if they can order it in, just get a flat out ‘no’. they are also quite expensive.
I like to support local businesses and I gave this place a good try, won’t be going back. There are other places in town with far superior customer service skills and much better range of products.
I hope for other customers sake they pick up their customer service skills in the future.

Edit as per new owners request after getting my phone number from their system and messaging me asking to change my review, I visited the store again in dec 2021, once again staff were nowhere to be seen, I was in there for quite a while as I couldn’t find what I was looking for, once I found the product I had to wait at the counter for someone to finally come out from the back and they were very unenthusiastic about serving me.
The extra star is because the shop looks a bit tidier now and the range has improved.

Go elsewhere, was ignored by staff.
