McDonald's

It is Maccas. This location is pretty solid has everything you would expect and i can't remember a time where i have gone there and they have not been able to fill my order. Dining area is good, Cafe side is good too. Nice cold air con. Staff are excellent too, it is a high standard Maccas.

Hygiene is spot on at this location. They don't just replace the garbage bags from the bins but they completely clean the bins inside and out! Some Maccas can be down right disgusting but I am very confident that I won't be getting sick eating at this location.

Its all about constitantly amazing coffee

Truly excellent. Understaffed with current situation in town but amazing service and Maccas fair. Bravo. Is so hard with the staffing situation in town right now but standards were held above many sites in BNE. Credit due where credit deserved.

This MacDonald's could be a benchmark for other stores. The prompt service, well mannered staff and the facilities were clean everywhere. I will really hope head office sees these updates. The manager and staff exceptional.

I walked out of South Mackay Mcdonalds because they only had touch screens.
Please let us walk out with a smile because we've been served by someone with 'people skills'.
Don't let us walk out because we did the ol' touch screen impersonal stop.

As far as Maccas goes this is certainly one of the better ones. Very helpful, friendly staff and great service. Even though they were really busy they brought our order to the table even though I'd said I'd collect it at the counter.

Soy Chai Latte for $5.15 the best Chai in town ☕. Quick efficient service. 🤗

The renovations look fantastic, incorporating our COVID safe practices into a sleek design. They were quick to serve and polite.

Me being a legend I braught $80+ with of McDonald's for the kids. These guys opened an hour early for me and even called me a taxi. Thanks max and Rosie. You guys are tops.
