McDonald's Mackay North

McD is McD. If you are hungry and do not want to cook, it's your best bet and value for your money.

When you go at the right time of the day, you will get these young instant teenagers. Still figuring out what they want to do after school. Taking your order, preparing your meal and delivering it into your hands. They are always happy and friendly. That puts a smile on my face. Thanks, guys, you are amazing. Great work.

This was great there was a hug line we ordered and we got our food super faster the food was great and and the person how asked us what to eat were exceptional that was probably the best Macdonalds we have been to

Update: They always get the Fish burger right. Soft steamed bun and perfect fish. The one in N Beaches often do it wrong with dry rubbery bun and hard overcooked fish. For $7, I'd rather come here :)

Nice place to have a quick bite. Service and quality is good and mostly consistent. Restaurant could be cleaner, but not too bad. The self-service kiosks are extremely helpful :)

had a bus full of 50 people come through and got all orders out in less than 15 minutes. Amazing service and nice staff, food was good also

Might have caught them on a good day, but this is one of the cleanest Maccas I have seen in a long time!

Was busy but service was still quick. The only thing was that the ordering machine was out of paper so I didn't get my order number printed out but just informed staff and was dealt with instantly and I got the right order 😊

It's a fast food who doesn't like maccas

Food was fast and the usual McDonalds food. Banana bread was good. McFlurry was good too.

Everything was great except the people serving you need to have their ears on properly I asked for extra pickles on my quarter pounder and when it came there where no pickles at all, That's a miner Hick up.

I have been going here every morning for my stay in Mackay. The staff look like the all get along so well and actually like each other. See you all tomorrow

Didn't I think we would make it before they closed but no worries this is now a 24-HR Drive-thru. What a welcoming site to see the BIG GOLD ARCHERS after driving through the pouring rain with the aquaplaning and the water 💦 spray from the trucks heading the opposite direction hitting the windscreen like a high pressure washer. It was nice to be greeted by a smiling happy pleasant person (thank you girls🥂). They even changed my drink selection at the service window with no complaints, excuses or problems and a smile.🐲

Good as any maccas. Never went to a McDonald's until I had kids. As a parent it was comforting to know that there was always a parenting room. The place was clean, you knew what what you were getting and there was a playground. Without dirt and with a cage. I am older , they are older but it's still good as a neutral ground meeting place. No judgements and the menu is good enough with options and good coffee. All good.

Exceptional service. All staff very pleasant and helpful. Barista in Cafe was the best we've seen in any cafe for a long time. Didn't get her name. (Tall, mature lady.) Working shift at 10.00 am 21 August.

Wish staff would smile more.

Probably one of the best McDonald's I've ever been to, if you go there Monday morning for coffee or Friday afternoon for dinner no matter how huge the line-up is you'll be served really quick and the quality never takes a hit either. What I like most is it's just consistently great service, the staff are friendly and have never made a mistake on an order. The shop is clean af as well so no problems there. If I saw this Macca's beating up hungry jacks from down the road I'd help hide the body.

I was especially pleased by the service I received when I got my coffee earlier this week. A few young, determined workers helped start my day off with a rich cappuccino.

Nice fast service, good location for a quick stop just off the main highway while driving through. Friendly service. Things have slowed down alot which is expected with Covid.
