Good for a quick trip to pick up groceries, the bakery in this shopping centre looks awesome

This is my favourite Coles in town. The fresh produce is the best here, and they rarely have low stock. The staff here are usually nice and the store is often presented well.

Sometimes, there are empty boxes on the ground, which staff don't pick up while they're walking around the store. I've seen two elderly people trip because of this. Would love to see this communicated to the team.

Had a very nice security guard stand guard for my E-scooter + 2 other scooters inside the main doors for me on a rainy day. She was that lovely, I'd let her keep my scooter if she was to steal it 😂

8.30am Just in time for freshly baked bread and rolls. Found every item I wanted. Had to evacuate the entire centre but staff were good, directing us out to the designated safe area. Lovely friendly blonde lady at self check out registers.

A few weeks ago I would have given them a lower rating because they had not had Red Bulls in their fridges for pretty much the entire time I had been in Mackay. (5 weeks) I could have sworn they saw me coming and pulled them out the fridges 🤨 The last couple of visits though, their fridges are stocked and their store is always clean and shelves are well stocked.
The team are supportive and assistive. They are efficient and hard working.

Jade served me today at 4pm at the déli section and he was really nice. I buy prosciutto thinly sliced all the time and he was happy to do it until a senior staff took over... He was doing a great job, guys, let the boy finish to serve the customer instead of taking over. Good job Jade, I'll be back ☺

I find this Coles outlet to be superior to others I have visited. It is also better than some of their rivals stores. The staff are great and the store is typically immaculately presented. It is well layed out. A pleasure to shop here. Thanks.

Great place to do groceries shopping. I go there at all times. Friendly and helpful staff.

I find Coles to have a better quality of stock than Woolworths. Plus the staff always seem so happy there, like it's one big family.

I like the layout of this Coles better than Canelands, except for where the butter is kept. It is well lit, tidy, well stocked.
