I have had the best customer service experience from start to finish at the Northland. Cecile helped pick out all of my kitchen appliances, who was lovely and helpful.
And Jess who was also super helpful when somethings went wrong with my order (that was my fault) and spent all day on the phone helping me! Thanks Jess and Cecile!

My friend needed a new TV...Andrew was very helpful. We arrived in The Good Guys around 10:30 am and by 13:50, the new TV had been delivered and installed. I cannot speak highly enough of the service.....well done Good Guys!!!!!

Maurino was fantastic!! I came in looking for the Shark FlexStyle, they were out of stock however he found one as we were getting in the car, he came out to the car park to let us know he found one and gave us competitive pricing. The lady at the front counter gave me good tips on how to use it. Great experience & very happy :)

Came in today at 12:31pm and was helped by a lovely lady whose name i believe is Mae/May. She was amazing, lovely to speak to and had a positive attitude. She knew exactly what i was looking for and helped me carry my items! Thanks for making my shop so quick and easy! I was out by 12:51!

Pretty good store and friendly staff. Good Service. So far, we have bought washing machine, TV and Cooktop. The delivery was very quick too. Malaika is awesome. She is attentive and knowledgeable across products. Keep up the good work !!

John in kitchens is a legend. Took his time to explain the product to me and what would fit my needs and installation options. I called a couple of nearby stores before this but decided to come to the Northland branch (45 mins away) because John was excellent on the phone!

Haier 8 kg top load washer and I can’t believe some of these bad reviews. This machine is fantastic, so easy to operate, easy to follow manual instructions. It’s does a beautiful wash, my laundry has never been cleaner. I am so happy with my purchase and definitely recommend this product . I guess some people just can’t be positive or happy. Also I have been a good guys customer for years, great service, great products at good prices. 👍

Purchased a laptop on the 2nd of Jan at about 4:15pm. Very impressed with the service I received at Good Guys Northland. Wow what amazing service I had yesterday with May T we were taking for a great 10min about life and I was engaged in the conversation all the while looking at different food processors. We finally settled on one I was happy with the price and I even refused the discount due to this amazing lady and service. Thank you again you have won a customer for many years to come
