Just experienced a horrible man come into this store whilst I was shopping and absolutely abuse the staff. 😱

The staff handled the situation so professionally and calmly. A real credit to the team! NOBODY should be spoken to or abused at work like they just were. All over a $9 store credit and staff members who were bound by company policies.

They have been nothing but helpful, welcoming and friendly every time I have visited and shopped here. Hence why I return. I've never had a bad experience.

Just a gentle yet firm reminder that it doesn't matter what you have going on in your own life or what you are going through - it NEVER justifies or gives valid reason to treat somebody poorly.

I was served the other day by James, he is full of knowledge and was able to point me in the right direction with my set up. The team are always helpful and look like they enjoy being there. Hats off to the management team. Thanks so much for making this overwhelming experience much more simple!

I can't say enough on how well I was treated today (13/01/24) when I had to return an item for a refund. Caitlyn, was so efficient, helpful & patient. I would recommend anyone to visit the Heatherbrae store as the service is second to none. Realistically, the Kings products are the best value for money on the Australian market with great customer service to backup the product.

Always great service in person and by phone. Fast, reliable and courteous. Good range and prices.

Love this place, with all my camping I'd think I had everything. But they keep coming out with cool things like a 12v oven.... such a must lol

Staff are great and shop is always easy to navigate.

Only negative is the access as its a bit quirky and you either miss the turn into the side road or drive past and its painful to get back. Easier to pull up past and walk back.

Visited on boxing day. They were extremely busy but had heaps of staff who were walking around asking if we needed any help.
Checkouts were fast and all staff were very helpful.

Needed a fridge, battery, and charge gear for my rig. Caitlyn was knowledgeable, patient, and super helpful despite my indecisiveness (sorry!). Returns and upgrades were easy, and you could tell she loves her job and helping adventurers like me. Highly recommend Caitlyn for all your 4WD needs!

Last Saturday we walked into Kings at Heatherbrae quite distressed as our gazebo had blown away in a big wind gust the night before at Jimmy's Beach. We were so lucky that Heatherbraes was just down the road and there was a Kings to save the day, a young tall dark haired guy met us at the door and he was so kind and respectful and helped us with everything we needed. He was a ripper, well done once again Kings.🙏😊👍

Excellent service - friendly and helpful staff who go out of their way to help with whatever you need and to get you a good deal! We turned up with a broken awning which they replaced on the warranty with no fuss when we were expecting to buy a new one. Really brilliant - thanks so much We have experienced great service at every store so far on our road trip.

A huge range of products, built to price but perfect for someone with limited funds and just getting ready for trip.
Most are pretty decent quality and do thier job.
Not had much luck with the folding solar panels, very low output for rating and geneonot worth the effort.
Staff at Heatherbrae are helpful and friendly.

Had a problem with a custom power box build and Bailey was an absolute legend! Didn't have to help us out but he looked over the box, diagnosed the problem and provided a fix. So helpful and totally above and beyond. 5 star service and a credit to the team there.

I’ve lost a part and they helped me immediately. Big thanks to the lady today.

Went in to see if I could get a replacement SUP fin as mine broke (unsure as to how). I was happily greeted and the man went straight out the back and gave me a brand new but demo fin as they didn’t have any in stock. Service was great and super friendly!

It was Michael's second day on the job and he was doing great. He was polite and thanked us for our patience and put our purchase through smoothly.
