Absolutely phenomenal customer service! My normal foundation was out of stock but the incredible Jazz showed me alternatives and confidently colour matched me. Her energy and attention to detail was awesome. Credit to her and the team!

I had the most AMAZING experience taking my daughter into Mecca Armadale a few days ago I just needed to share! My daughter is 16 and wanted to improve her skincare game as she has been breaking out recently. I have never experienced such incredible and enthusiastic service before. A young lady named Imogen served my daughter and talked her through every single brand that would be suited to her skin. Going through the price, ingredients etc.

I was BLOWN away at the service. Imogen thank you for going above and beyond for us. We will definitely be back, 5 stars!!!

Hi, I found the product that I wanted for my granddaughter, but because of my recent hip replacement I phoned to check that it was in stock. I arrived at the shop about 2 hours after calling only to be told they had no product in the size and that it was coming in later that day or early next morning.
Caitlin was so helpful in finding a solution, the manager even offered to deliver to my house.
Had a call later that day to say product was in. My husband picked it up in the morning, and when I checked I was surprised to see an extra product in the bag,
I phoned to advise that I had only paid for one but was informed that because of the inconvenience please accept.
The store is amazing and the service was a lovely experience.

I visited Mecca Armadale store Yesterday (23/12/23)aiming to replace my Chantecaille lipstick. It was very impressive to receive an amazing service from the store's shop assistant -Michelle , who went above and beyond to accommodate my enquiry. The staff in this store are THE gold standard. So helpful and personable. Always such a nice vibe in the store and an easy shopping experience for someone that doesn’t know anything about makeup

This store is next level amazing. The staff are wonderful, store is always clean and immaculate! I had the best experience with an amazing lady, Autumn. Such a stunner!! She went above and beyond to help me out with any questions I threw her way, loads of samples for me to take home and try with my skincare routine. MECCA Armadale are so lucky to have you Autumn, you are truly wonderful!!

Had a great experience in store this week. I came in right before closing, but felt very welcome, and was greeted straight away by the lovely Betty who informed me they did not stock what I was looking for but helped me find a suitable alternative very quickly. She was personable, helpful, attentive yet not pushy. A+ customer service, thanks Betty for a wonderful experience.

Customer service second to none. Welcoming to my daughter's cosmetic needs, welcoming to our dog Sage who n we went in. Despite the Corona restrictions, Mecca and their staff are functioning as if there is no pandemic. Amazing shop.

I always go to this specific Mecca because of the customer service. The shop is slightly smaller than some of the ones in big centres with a smaller range of products however I've not personally found this limiting.

I had glam makeup done on Saturday. I can’t remember the name of my MUA, but she did an absolutely amazing job, my makeup was stunning!

I had the nicest experience at Mecca Cosmetica Armadale. The lovely Jemima did my makeup and she was extremely welcoming and warm. Her attention to detail is above and beyond and her ability to make you feel so cared for is amazing. It was the most lovely experience and I am so glad Jemima was paired up with me, a fellow Swiftie. Massive thanks to her and all at this Mecca for a wonderful experience, I will definitely be coming back!

Betty went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were heard and understood. She listened and found suitable products for me, relating them back to her own great knowledge and experience. Wonderfully friendly and knowledgeable staff!

I went in for a facial today which Betty did along with Celine. Both were so caring, respectful, gentle and helpful. I left feeling so special and equipped with the knowledge I need for my future skin care routine. Not once did I feel pressured to buy products either. Beautiful store and beautiful people. I had my makeup done by Poppy last weekend for my hens, and I couldn’t have been happier!! She listened to what I was after, and it didn’t feel rushed. She nailed the super fun silver sparkly eyes I was after and the dewy, glowy coverage I wanted. And she was so lovely! Thanks for such a great experience!
