Hands down the easiest and most helpful retail assistance iv received to date. From what was a stressful process securing my bridesmaids dresses due to their popularity, became such an easy and quick one thanks to Kate at the store and Lily at head office. So professional and efficient with how they help their customers. No hesitation recommending this brand not only for their quality dresses but their amazingly helpful staff.

Went in store on Saturday and was served by a very helpful staff member who helped me get a last minute hens dress.

I also bought my bridesmaids dresses from this store last year, the service was incredible. They helped me get 7 dresses which were a special order in the same fabric. Such wonderful service.

Buyer beware before you purchase!

Bought an item online when there was an end of year sale and unable to return it due to ANY item being discounted (eg. even if it’s just a 20% off sale and not final sale) being non-refundable. Customer service team were lovely in explaining it and this boils down to a company decision.

Really sad and disappointed by how I was treated in store recently. I called ahead to ask about stock in my size before attending with others to look at bridesmaid dresses. In person I was completely ignored and not even looked in the eye or told directly that they did not have anything in store in my size despite the store claiming to stock size 16 online. Only smaller sized women in our group were spoken to and helped. I can’t tell you how upsetting this experience has been for me. I feel these staff members have a long way to go in diversity and inclusion training…it’s 2023.

The employees in the store are very arrogant. Rude. And not very smart.
Overpriced for low quality. Avoid this poor place🤮
