Bared Footwear Armadale

Went in for an exchange of shoes ordered online Sparrow Mocha. My experience was wonderful staff were great and very helpful. Turns out I had been buying the wrong size shoes, would not have known if I hadn’t go in-store. The sales lady also helped with shoes that cut into the back of my heal, by placing cushioning gel pads at the back. Wow what a difference. So impressed with the staff and the young man that served me with the second pair of shoes, I will definitely be back in-store to purchase again. Wonderful experience .

Fantastic service.
Went into the Armadale store with a minor defect in some suede sneakers I got in October (now December). I live in Adelaide & am in Melbourne to see family, so took the shoes in to see what they could do.
Ellie & Lachie were super helpful and understanding, and sorted the issue immediately and without reservation.
A few years ago we decided to only buy Bared shoes because of their quality and fit, but I’d also recommend Bared for excellent customer service (both online, by phone and now in my experience in store).

Fantastic shoes and even better customer service. I bought some shoes for my wedding but they didn't fit quite right. I got in contact with customer service and they suggested another pair that might fit me better! Not only do I love these ones much more, but they are also super comfortable while still being glam for my wedding!! Would definitely buy from Bared again and would highly recommend them!

Today I visited your Armadale store and couldn't have been happier with the experience.
Not only did I buy a beautiful pair of Cockatoo shoes but found the service we received from Daniel was beyond reproach. He was very helpful, knowledgable about addressing a number of minor problems with the correct fit and we were very impressed with his attitude and expertise helping an 81 year old customer! He is a great asset to your business and I'll certainly be buying your shoes in the future...however long that will be!!

My mum and I attended the Armadale store today to purchase some shoes for a graduation and for a busy wedding season! We were served by Lily, whom was so kind, patient, attentive and knowledgeable about all the bared products. Thank you so much for your wonderful service Lily. It feels so nice to have such a personable customer service experience, which can sometimes feel like a rare occurrence these days! Lily is truly an asset to the bared footwear company. My second time in a Bared store, but my first time in the Armadale store. Could not have asked for better service - the product speaks for itself - but Ben was especially an absolute delight. My friend and I were there for an hour and Ben’s patience and attentiveness never once wavered. I was very impressed with the level of service that I received, clearly the person who served me knew a lot about the product and how to make a sale. These shoes are more expensive than the average and the person was able to explain the quality difference. I love good retail and this was a great experience.

I traveled over an hr to shop at your store and was pleasantly surprised! Staff were lovely and extremely helpful and I found shoes to fit my extremely odd shaped feet!! I now know my size etc so makes it simple to purchase online! I will be back!

Very impressed with the customer service!

I bought a pair of comfortable heels to wear in store, noticed that some diamond settings were pushed in. I called the phone line to check that there is another pair in the same size to exchange in store. Instead the lady over the phone offered to send out another pair promptly and I used the return service to return the other pair without much hassle.

It goes without saying that the shoes are beautiful and comfortable. (Worthwhile trying different pairs as they do seem to fit differently on my feet)

I cannot speak highly enough of the customer service this place has. Every staff I interacted with was extremely helpful. The shoes themselves are of high quality both inside and out and very well made. They also include fitting pads which you can adjust to give you that perfect fit. Thank you so much! 🙏🏼✨👞

Bared customer service is second to none. Impeccably mannered and extremely helpful staff. The service alone will make me shop here more often! Let alone the comfort and styles of the shoes! Love my canary’s and love my hornbills so much. The canary took a few wears to break in. The hornbill felt like walking on clouds from day one!
