The curation of this store is simply perfection and the lovely staff makes this place one of my favourite boutiques in Melbourne. The staff are welcoming, approachable and helpful and most importantly I have never felt judged in their presence (despite me always rocking up in sweatpants or gym clothes!). 10/10!

I love buying off the new trend ! Great customer service and very quick delivery. I recently purchased The Alexander wang body con tank. Its an amazing ribbed fabric. It is firm but still has a great stretch to it which is great because I don't have to wear anything underneath! It's a perfect length and is not too cropped!

I recently purchased a pair of Common Projects via The New Trend without any prior knowledge of their services or what they offered. The shoes I were after in my particular size are extremely rare to come by so after I saw these in stock on their website I thought I'd give them a try. I'm so glad I did! The New Trend's online service is incredibly efficient (I received my order within two days of placing the order and I'm based in Sydney). The personal note from the team was also a great touch. I will definitely be purchasing from the New Trend in the near future and look forward to purchasing in store next time I'm in Melbourne.

I have never reviewed a store but I felt compelled after my experience yesterday. The ladies that helped me find a number of outfits were amazing, I've not had customer service like that before. They were helpful and enthusiastic without being pushy. They found things that suited me that I never would have picked up and am now in love with. They also have GREAT sales. After walking High Street all day, they were the absolute stand out. Will be back. Lots. Love your work!!

Asked a few questions through email about a discount code not working and refund policies and they got back to me super fast with the info and fixed the code straight away. Amazing customer service made it easy to buy from them and I will be again :)

Lauren at TNT is amazing! My daughter and I hadn’t had much luck looking for formal dresses until we walked into TNT! We were greeted warmly by our stylist we got to know called Lauren who spent nearly an hour helping my daughter find the perfect dress and accessories that made her look gorgeous for her year 12 formal! Lauren was so patient and and made my daughter feel fabulous! Lauren spent the time to listen to my daughter and read her figure and found quite a few dresses she could choose from! We could have bought more there were many beautiful dresses to choose from. We loved our whole experience in the store and will head straight there first next time we are looking for that special outfit!

Love this store, exactly what Melbourne needed. They stock some great unique brands, so refreshing to see pieces you just can't get anywhere else. The staff are wonderful, friendly and attentive, they really know their product too. I've had a number of positive experiences at the store, definitely worth a visit.
