The staff at Venroy Armadale are absolutely amazing! I walked into the store this afternoon (around 1pm) feeling very frazzled trying to find an outfit for an event tonight - I’d left it very last minute.. The lovely Laura was soo attentive & helped me pick out an outfit from start to finish. Such an amazing shopping experience.

I had a lovely experience in Venroy Armadale! The girls that served me were all lovely ladies, and all worked together very well, all seemingly helping one another! The girls gave great advice and I felt great in what I wore because of it! Will be recommending! Kiana was especially kind and helpful.

Our first time visiting this store/brand anywhere before & it was a total turnaround from being completely ignored in a previous store along the street. There were three women were working there, all an asset to the brand/business. One immediately greeted myself, partner & children when we walked in. Another asked if we needed anything & offered suggestions once we had a moment to look at some racks. All were most hopeful in getting other sizes/pieces when trying on. Nothing felt like too much trouble, they assisted my partner trying the scent too - which we of course left with a bottle of, along with some excellent staple pieces. Sincerely thank you - it’s sadly the case these days you get ignored in retail stores or they are so understaffed the staff don’t have the time to serve you. I’m not a fan of the online shopping realm so was genuinely appreciative of the warm welcome & service provided. Thank you!

Fabulous shopping experience! Came in the other day and was served by a girl named Cloudi. She was so helpful with stock and sizing. I walked away with so many goodies. 10/10 would recommend! (Also a beautiful store) 😍

Came in with my boyfriend and was delighted with how helpful the girls working there are. No ask was too much, pulled any sizes we needed and offered great styling advice that saw us leave with a whole new wardrobe each!

Have had a great experience both in store and with the HQ team. The team are always super friendly, helpful, and offer great advice. Email responses were fast and any issues or questions I had were resolved quickly and smoothly. Looking forward to shopping here again!
