Incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and made the daunting experience of buying a new bed super enjoyable and stress free. Martin was absolutely fabulous from start to finish, pointed out why things were good or bad and looked after us the whole way. Would highly recommend him and the Joondalup team

We actually just went in to have a look at bedroom suites and Martin served us. He had a wealth of knowledge and we end up talking about Mattresses, I was pretty set to buy a bed in a box online but Martin spent so much quality time with us explaining the benefits of their mattress and showing us the mattress’s he would recommend. He wasn’t pushing, gave us plenty of time to make our decision and generally gave us great customer service which is rare nowadays. Thank you so much Martin for all your help and we can’t wait to receive our order.

From my first call to Bedshed in Joondalup I was impressed with their professional and friendly service. Marie helped us not only find the most perfectly comfortable mattress for our sore backs, but also helped to secure us a great price and delivery. Bedshed Joondaup is tucked away from all the other hordes of bed stores, further down Joondalup Dr nearer Edgwater than Joondalup. If you want a great deal on an awesome new mattress, see them for sure.

Amazing customer service from Tanima! She really went out of her way to apply the best discounts to our purchases and felt like she genuinely cared about selecting the best products to suit what we were looking for.

I had the best customer service from Tanima when looking to purchase a new queen mattress. After her giving me a quote i went to 40 winks to see what they had to offer. The sales rep was rude to my son who had walked in ahead of me, so i turned around and walked straight back out and went back to see Tanima and purchased my sons mattress from her. Cannot recommend her enough. Lovely, friendly and knowledgable.

We visited Bedshed Joondalup for the first time last Friday, and must thank Cathy for her assistance when helping us to find a bed. She was extremely friendly and knowledgable about the products, directing us to exactly what we needed. The bed was delivered today (Tuesday) and my hubby is putting it together as I type!
