Hi Simon, I just want to say thank you that you give me free shipping for my order. I bought bed frame and mattress for my mum (the one with me yesterday) so she can sleep over at my house. I didn't get any information the dispatch department closed at 5 pm. Thank you once again for your generosity.

We drove all the way from Midland Amart and got to Joondalup Amart 15 minutes before closing. We needed an item and Stuart gave us the best customer service and went above and beyond to assist us! Thanks so much Stuart! Very hard to find good customer service like this these days.

Love this shop. Had been to a few Amarts around Perth looking for a certain piece of furniture. Stuart and his team were by far the most professional and welcoming out of the 3 stores we visited. Will be looking to see the team again for future purposes!

Good customer service at the store in Edgewater from Kim. She was so helpful and provided me with all the info. The follow up from staff and the warehouse, payment facility, delivery info were excellent. Delivery was done promptly as per schedule - the boys called a few minutes before arriving to make sure that we were home - Pine Furniture, a tall boy and a dresser, in good condition already assemble were delivered with ease!

I have been coming here for 5years and recently found an AMAZING salesperson called Amy she was so so so helpful. She listened to what I wanted and followed up with phonecalls about the products we wanted. Shes awesome and I go shopping on days i know shes there ( I ring to find out before heading to the shop). She wasn't pushy, didnt sell me something i didnt want or push me to buy more expensive items, she had a great sales pitch and was honest and incredibly helpful. I specifically found a store manager to thank them for the great job Amy does. I prefer Amart over Harvey Norman and Fantastic furniture so check Amart out before going elsewhere. We have bought bedroom suites, lounge suites mattresses and chairs from Amart. We bought our dining suite from Early settler as the quality of the table was better. Really helpful and friendly staff.

My Dad is currently building and furnishing his whole house and headed over to Amart Joondalup and we were soon greeted by a lovely gentleman named Craig! Craig has hands down been one of the best salesperson we have experienced, he genuinely gives his honest opinion on a product and he will give you the best possible price! We highly recommend him if you're planning on buying something from there! Great job Craig! we'll 100% be coming back to you for future products! :)

Im surprised at the reviews published here. I would recommend Amert to anyone looking for furniture. I bought two recliners in the sales, and the salesperson was not pushy at all. Came with 7 years warranty for any faults. I have been wondering why I have been shopping at HN as the salespeople there are quite lazy and only want to talk to you if it's obvious you're going to spend money without any resistance.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience in the Joondalup store this afternoon. The service we received from Craig was magnificent. He was not at all pushy and his knowledge of the product second to none and to top it all off a great price. I will certainly be back and look for Craig in the future. WELL DONE Craig!

We recently purchased a Vulcan recliner from Amart Joondalup and the team were super helpful, not only with sales but also organising delivery and installation. A personal thank you to Rahul for going above and beyond. Couldn't recommend this store highly enough.

The salesman Craig was friendly, efficient & got me a good deal. It made the process really easy. Unlike some salesman Craig was not pushy and helped me work within a budget. Highly recommend.

Probably the best, slickest shopping experience I've had. All the staff are courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. The furniture is amazing value for money and the whole sale, including payment is handled by the sales person on the floor with a tablet. Outdoor setting looks great and the $58 bar stools are perfect for our breakfast bar.

The store is very well presented and sales staff extremely helpful and friendly. Served by Monty on the floor who is very knowledgeable, well presented, kind and patient, has his own slogan to go with also. Furniture is reasonably priced and well displayed. Only down side is choosing popular items adds to the wait time for delivery. Counter staff were very polite and even included they kids in conversation. Very satisfied, "east or west Monticarlo's the best" 😁

Have shopped at Amart now on many occassions and have never been disappointed. Staff are super helpful and not too pushy. Stock is nearly always available, and if not, they will organize delivery from another store. Always ask for a further discount or bundle multiple items for a better deal. They can be suprisingly flexible on price.
