The Good Guys Joondalup

I recently went back to Good Guys & Daniel (sales manager) was amazing.
His knowledgeable, friendly & very informative.
My last visit was to the one in Clarkson when he previously served me there but when he left the service went down hill & I had to use othe retailers.

Anyway. Super glad I found you at that store. Rest assure that we will only come back for your input & for all our electrical needs

I was served by a young blond haired bloke named Ben. Excellent customer service and good bloke and was also 100% honest with the products he helped us out with.
Would recommend.

the service was great I felt safe and respected. the store looked after our goods until we were ready for them to be delivered. Brett the sales person was so knowledgeable about the products too. Every store needs “Brett”. I am happy with what I purchased so that’s always a good thing We’ll done Joondalup store and Brett.

Went in for a price match today after haveing terrible serice at jb hifi, spoke to a lovely ladie debbie,service was great, so a special shout to debbie and her great customer service

I received fantastic service. The product I bought was an amazing price. I also received a discount on my Telstra monthly bill, which was a really nice surprise!

I'll admit, I hate going to all these big name appliance stores. The sales people are too pushy and just don't care about anything but the sale. And they tend to be cheesey and disingenuous.

One time at this store, a sales person offered my friend a $1 discount on a microwave. 🤨

On the morning of 3/1/2023 just after 10am, as I waited in line to be served, I witnessed the staff being verbally bullied by a costumer who wanted discounts and various things she wasn't entitled to. The male staff member who was the main target did very well to keep his cool and remain polite in the face of a "bulldog" who had him by the throat.

There to pick up the Dyson handheld vac I'd ordered online, I was served by a lovely (Indian? Sorry I did not get her name) lady who was the sincerest and polite appliance store staffer I've ever come across!

So maybe there's hope for these types of stores.

I went to the Good Guys in Joondalup to buy a small electric worktop cooker. I was approached by Stella the sales lady who gave me first class customer service. She not only offered a good price but enquired if I needed help to take my purchase to the checkout or to my car. As a retired lady on this occasion I did not but her thoughtfulness was greatly appreciated.

What a great store, we are here pretty often and there is always a great range of products, well priced especially during sales. The all year round Financing options are also very useful, on my last visit I was assisted by Dan who was super helpful and beat JBs price on the item I was looking at, his customer service is some of the best I've ever had at this store even tho is was mere minutes before closing. Cant recommend this store enough!

Just had another great experience at this store it is always outstanding. Our salesperson Dan was knowlegdable about Steam Mops and gave us an easy explanation of the avaliable options and gave us a great price. It is experiences like this make shopping at Good Guy's Joondalup is such and excelent experience would reccomend.

I ended up buying all new appliances for my recent kitchen renovation from The Good Guys Joondalup. Debbie S, was terrific! She gave practical advice and was good to me on the price! Admittedly, I had a few issues with my new fridge. It was delivered damaged. After a couple of attempts, the fridge was delivered without any issues. I think Debbie S was on leave at the time, however she made sure that the matter was rectified in her absence. The support staff were efficient with their correspondence throughout the whole process and they respected my time. With minimal delays. I won't be wasting anymore time and energy in the future. Just straight to The Good Guys Joondalup with my shopping list, make a little small talk and then ask politely for a 'Deal!' Then sit back and wait for the items to arrive. Keep up the Great Work! I visited three Good Guys stores and I have to compliment ALL of them for the help I received.

I recently purchased a set of wireless headphones from the good guys Joondalup that ended up being not compatible with my tv. I returned them fully aware that the store did not have to accommodate me as I had opened them. The manager who I believe was Stuart was helpful, polite, empathetic and swapped for another product. I will return to this store thanks to his customer service.

Bought a split system air con from here recently. Great customer service, quick, easy, and gave me a decent price. Delivery and installation sorted without any issues. Just waiting for installation from their contractor but everything on the GG's end went smoothly. Recommended for home appliances 100% (give Andrew a raise please for his great service)

Greeted and assisted happily for the first ever time in a Good Guys store!

20 years of purchasing across 3 Australian states and finally I didn’t need to go looking for assistance from a staff member who wanted to do anything but.

I usually dread visiting a Good Guys (among others). A necessary evil. 13 April the visit was pleasant. I walked out with a smile 😊
