Gabriel was amazing today his professionalism and understanding of products was outstanding. Customer service was a 10 out of 10. Thank you very much. Fridge was meant to arrive today (Monday) we received a call at 9.06am saying that there was a miss count of the product and now can’t have it until the next Monday which is a public holiday that they haven’t realised so look like next Tuesday. We will be without a working fridge until next Tuesday.

Gabriel was incredibly helpful in finding the appliance I wanted. He also contacted the suppliers for me to arrange holding the item for a lengthy period of time. The service was quick and stress free.

Daniel was extremely helpful to me without me feeling hijacked by him, meaning he didn't do the hustler/con man, push me into a deal. He gave me space and time to look at what I needed, and then listened carefully to what I was saying and seemed attentive without a hidden agenda.
That was so very important to me after being purchasing a different upright freezer in December from a competitor, who omitted to tell us the truth about the item we'd purchased, and that was that the freezer was not only not in WA, nor in Australia. Nor would it be for more than six weeks. At 6 weeks, it still hasn't arrived in WA. After taking 3 months to save up for it, and waiting 6 weeks for it to arrive, I got a refund this afternoon and then saw Daniel.

The much bigger store is now HUGE, compared to their previous store location. David Price (staff member) was incredibly professional, very friendly, and offered so much extra advice and information that made our shopping experience very pleasant indeed! These guys know their products very well and were NOT pushy, nor arrogant in any way whatsoever, unlike some of the 'other' competitors around in the city area. Well done Dave and thank you!

Very friendly and non pushy sales assistants. Gabriel was particularly helpful and looked after us with price matching across stores to find the lowest price plus gave us the RAC 5% membership discount on top. Will recommend store to friends and family.

Were really helpful. My air conditioner had gone down at home. So I needed a portable one for temporary use, until my air conditioner gets fixed. There was nothing left, so the young man said I could buy the display model.

The girl who served me was helpful, enthusiastic and professional!! I wish that I had got her name. Was at the Joondalup store around 1.30pm today!! She reminded me of my rac discount, knew where the product was and was lovely!! She made it very easy!!

Very friendly helpful staff. Called over phone about a specific dish washer, there were non in the store but Heidi managed to get me one from another store, great service thanks Heidi and the team.

Very friendly and helpful staff, but we weren't hassled by every sales person in the store like we were with our visits to JB HI-FI and Harvey Norman.
